Prayer focus: Greenwich and Dover, England

April 1, 2002

On April 30, and May 1, 2002 a group of intercessors, prophets, and watchmen will gather for a strategic prayer assignment at Greenwich, England (4/30) and Dover, England (5/1). We invite you to join us across the world praying for the release of God’s purposes at these "spots" on the earth.

In (1989) while in London, England the Lord gave me the name Rabshakeh as the strong hold over London. (I will elaborate more on this later.)

In the 2001 word of the Lord book distributed by Christian International (CI) Bishop Bill Hamon recapped the vision God gave him in 1992 about the 3rd world war that Satan had planned. In re-reading it just recently the Lord impressed on me what he said about England. He said England would be the point of the East-West war. When I read that I could see Greenwich once again where east meets west and felt that was the vortex where the warring demons were coming into England. I felt that was something that needed redeeming and taking authority over to close that entrance point.

On April 20, 1996 the night before Sharon Stone (CI Europe) was leaving for England we met at my house for prayer over her. It was one of the most awesome times in the presence of the Lord as He met with us. That night the Lord gave me the name Tartan over the area where Sharon was going. It didn't register with me the connection until some time later. That night the Lord told me the enemy had formed his coalition to hold the people of England in bondage, but that He (GOD) was forming his coalition to outwit the enemy.

"On December 26, 1989 while in Greenwich, England, I stood straddling the meridian line of time with one foot in the east (yesterday - the past) and one foot in the west (today-the future). I heard the Lord say; "I have dropped My plumb line. When the time-line hits My plumb line, time is reversed." In Isaiah 28:17 God says, "Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding places." I believe the Lord was saying that He had dropped His plumb line of righteousness and judgment, a kairos time. At that moment chronos time gave way to kairos time. Nine years later in March of 1998, praying with a group of people on behalf of the land at the site of a large sun dial, I had a vision of time running around the outside of the world, hitting at Greenwich and reversing itself. In this I believe the Lord was saying the kairos time of righteousness and judgment had begun. I believe we entered a new time zone with God, the age of the "Church of the Lord Jesus Christ" when we, as His agents, must execute His written judgments. One scripture that shows us how we execute judgment can be found in Hebrews 11:7. By Noah's simple act of obedience, he executed judgment on an unbelieving world. This year, 1999, is the Jewish year 5759, the "year of redemption and salvation." I feel it is God's timing for redemption and salvation. Even the timing at which I heard God speak these words is significant. It was nine years from hearing the word at Greenwich, when the Lord showed me time reversing. The number nine has to do with redemption and light and is linked to the hidden judgments. It is significant that even now as we are writing on redemption, it is ten years after hearing the Lord at Greenwich. The number ten is the number of the redeemed Church, the Church living in the fullness of time. As we stand in this last year of the century, we need to be blowing the ram's horn, calling forth redemption. As watchmen we need to watch for the kairos times to pull forward the future times and restore the past bringing them both to the plumb line of God's righteousness and judgment.

The prime meridian line in Greenwich, the zero longitude, represents the place on earth from which every place is measured in terms of distance east to west, as well as the point from which chronological time is measured. From this location thousands of observations have been collected to build an accurate map of the sky. It was from here in the late 1800's that a standard time was set, the prime meridian at Greenwich became the center of world time. God has used the "map" of the sky as a sign to man since the beginning of creation. Gen. 1:14 says, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days and years." Thousands of years before Greenwich was established as a scientific observation point, wise men (astrologers) saw the star in the east pointing to the sign fulfilling the prophecy of Jesus the Messiah. In Joshua 10:12-14 God caused the sun and moon to stand still while Joshua completed God's plans. God has plans to do these same acts again (Is. 28:21). In Isaiah 38:7, 8 God turned the sun dial back 10 degrees as a sign to Hezekiah. God also uses a plumb line to adjust or test things, examine minutely and critically, to show what is exactly true. In Amos 7, God used a plumb line to test and examine Israel. On two other occasions, 2 Kings 21:13 and Isaiah 28:17, God used a plummet (mishqeleth) for testing. Genesis 1:1, 2 states, "In the beginning God created the heaven and earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters." From the beginning of time, God's creation was formed using His plumb line, aligning the earth with His righteousness and judgment. God did not create confusion or emptiness. Today as His line of judgment and righteousness has been dropped again, we are returning to that point of departure that came with the fall of man. To get there, the effects of the fall must be reversed; all things Satan has stolen must be redeemed: the land, the soul of man, and time."

Some time later I realized the coalition the enemy had formed was the same demonic forces in Isaiah 20:1 and 2 Kings 18:17. This is when Sennacherib King of Assyria came against Hezekiah and Hezekiah sent him all the silver from the house of the Lord and from the treasures of the king's house and the gold from the doors of the temple of the Lord. 2 Kings 18:17 says, "And the King of Assyria sent TARTAN, and RABSARIS and RABSHAKEH from Lachish to King Hezekiah with a great host against Jerusalem; and they went up and came to Jerusalem: and when they were come up, they came and stood by the conduit of the upper (H 5945 which originates from H5927 meaning to ascend, to mount up, to be exalted - princes resided in citadels, also used to describe a battle becoming heavy) pool, which is in the highway of the fuller's (H3526) field (H7704)." H3526 means washing contaminated garments, to tread, to wash, to bleach. H7704 means open country outside a walled city. Hebrew definitions are from the Lexical Aids to the Old Testament, the Hebrew Greek Key Study Bible.

When I read this I realized if Rabshakeh was over London and Tartan over the North part of England, then Rabsaris was over the south of England and this was the coalition the enemy had formed. I have done quite a lot of research into their names etc. They were the commanders, field commander, etc. of the Assyrian army. Rabshakeh has several meanings, but basically he glossed over slavery. Assyrian policy was to deport conquered peoples to other lands, to destroy their sense of nationalism and make them more easily subject. Assyrians were great warriors. Most nations then were robber nations and the Assyrians seem to be the worst of them all. They built their state on the loot of other peoples. They practiced cruelty. They skinned their prisoners alive, or cut off their hand, feet, noses, ears, or put out their eyes, pulled out their tongues and made mounds of human skulls, all to inspire terror. Tartan was a field marshal, second only to the King. Rabsaris is the word for eunuch, to cast together, to increase in number, abundant in quantity, size, age, number, rank, captain, and master.

Recently, while praying about a trip to Wales and the fire that would light Europe, the Lord showed me that the WORD of the LORD would be the match that would light the fire in Wales. It would be the fire that would send the gospel to preached to the ends of the earth. I, then, had a vision of the White Cliffs of Dover. It was like a steel shield came up and I knew there was a war to be won right there. I have never been there, but knew what I was seeing. I felt that whatever was (and is) there would cause the fire of God to drop into the sea and go no further. It would not be able to leap over the channel. On the other side of the channel are the nations most resistant to the Gospel. I believe Dover may be the high place of the nation. I have done some research, but feel others from there could do more research and know more about this. It is the gateway to England, but it is also the gateway to Europe. On other words is it a double leafed gate, the same as the gate of hell.

Walmer Castle, which is located near Dover, is the area where Julius Caesar landed during two Roman excursions to Britain. The first Roman landing in Britain was Aug 26,55BC, two Roman Legions (about 10,000 soldiers) crossed the channel. This was interesting because the night God was showing me this He directed me to the story of the Gadarene (Mark 5:1-20). The man with the unclean spirit who met Jesus was the strongman at the gate of the Gadarenes. He lived in the caves or cliffs and when Jesus cast the legion of demons out of him they ran off the cliff into the sea.

Dover lies at the narrowest point between England and continental Europe and is considered the busiest passenger port in the world. Dover castle atop the white cliffs include the famed World War II (WW II) command center and until recently was a top-secret regional seat of government in case of war. It was also a Continental Europe maritime trading center. It is known as the LOCK and KEY of England. Dover's history as a military and garrison town can be seen as Britain’s front line town. The first bomb dropped on England fell near Dover castle on Dec. 24, 1914. In WW II Dover became a symbol for Britain's wartime bravery, the center of East Kent's "hellfire corner." It is also known as the place to visit and meet Father Christmas, the counterfeit of all good gifts coming from the Father above. All I know is there is something there that would stop the fire and hold England in bondage.

All of this is to provoke us to listen for the voice of the Lord and accomplish His will at this time and season, to set His law and time in the earth! Please come be a part of establishing God's times and laws - we need the anointing of all of you.

On OCT 1, 1884, at the international meridian conference held in Washington, D.C. U.S.A, Greenwich was designated as the place of common ZERO of longitude and standard of time RECKONING throughout the whole world. From this meridian longitude shall be counted in two directions up to 180 degrees, east longitude being plus and west longitude minus. This is where world time is set, and according to Greenwich Mean Time the new millennium started in 2001.

Greenwich is also known as the center of time and space in the measurement of the highest apex of the sun's solar position in the heavenlies. This measurement is based on the highest position the sun attains, and it is used as the basis for universal measurement of "time and space." Could be dealing with the Greek god Cronos and Saturn - Roman god of times and seasons?

A meridian is a north-south line selected as the ZERO reference line for astronomical observations. By comparing thousands of observations taken from the same meridian it is possible to build an accurate map of the sky. The sky can then be used as a giant CLOCK.

Nautical and astronomical days everywhere would begin at mean midnight. I believe Neptune is also tied to the waters around England to control the waterways.

The observatory was founded at Greenwich because at the time the majority of London's wealth was based in this part of the city.

Latitude and longitude are imaginary LINES encircling the earth in a grid-like pattern used to measure positions in degrees, minutes and seconds.

The following is taken from "The Royal Observatory Greenwich" The Time Department (chapter 6):

"It would be a long story to tell in detail how the Greenwich transit room has come to define one of the two fundamental lines that encircle the earth. The other, the equator, is fixed for us by the earth itself, and is independent of any political considerations, or of any effort or enterprise of man. But of all the infinite number of great circles which could be drawn at right angles to the equator, and passing through the north and south poles, it was not easy to select one with such an overwhelming a mount of argument in its favour as to obtain a practically universal acceptance. The meridians of Jerusalem and of Rome have both been urged, upon what we may call religious or sentimental grounds; that of the Great Pyramid at Ghizeh has been pressed in accordance with the fantastic delusion that the Pyramid was erected under Divine inspiration and direction; that of Ferro, in the Canaries, as being an oceanic station, well to the west of the Old World, and as giving a base line without preference or distinction for one nation rather than another.

The actual decision has been made upon no such grounds as these. It has been one of pure practical convenience, and has resulted from the amazing growth of Great Britain as a naval and commercial power. Like Tyre of old, she is 'situate at the entry of the sea, a merchant of the people for many isles,' and 'her merchants are the great men of the earth.'"

In Ezekiel 27and 28 we find the story of Tyre and her fate. Here God spoke to the king of Tyre as though he were Satan himself. He mentions those in league with her (The hierarchy of the 40/70 window are all mentioned in these two chapters). In Ezekiel 28:2, the word of the Lord came to Ezekiel saying, "Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, thus saith the Lord God; because thine heart is lifted up and thou hast said, I am a god, I sit in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not god." Also the mayor of London has set Gog and Magog up in the guildhall as the gods over London!

What are the legalities that have to be taken care of before we can take out Satan's vortex and counterfeit time line?

The following passages reflect that God's times, laws, and voice go forth from Jerusalem. However, Satan will think to change times and laws (Daniel 7:25) from any place he has an entrance.

God says in Eze. 5:5 that Jerusalem is the center of the nations.

Isa 2:3b – "for out of Zion shall go forth the LAW, and the WORD of the Lord from Jerusalem."

Joel 3:16a – "The Lord also shall roar out of Zion, and utter His voice from Jerusalem, and the heavens and the earth shall shake."

Amos 1:2a – "The Lord will roar from Zion, and utter His voice from Jerusalem."

Zech 2:12 – "And the Lord shall inherit Judah his portion in the holy land and shall choose Jerusalem again."

The Word says a lot about lines!

Ps 16:6 "The lines (H 2256 - a district or in inheritance) are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage."

Ps 19:1 "The heavens declare the glory of God." Ps 19:4 "Their line (voice) is gone through out all the earth, and their words to the end of the world." Ps 19:6 "His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it." (Revolution of the sun - course of time)

Gen 1:14 "And God said, let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs (H226 - signal of something marking time) and for seasons (H4150 - to appoint, fix a time or place, appointment, signal) and for days (H3117 - a point in time and a sphere of time) and years." God made two great lights, the sun to rule the day and the moon to govern the night. God created time and He rules it as is written in Psalm 74:16, "The day is thine, the night also is thine: thou hast prepared the light and the sun." He assures the regularity of time in Gen 8:22, "While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease." Yet He also says that He will suspend it someday (Zech 14:7).

According to God's laws, the son and the moon set the times, days and years, and are for signs. God is still ruling from the heavens. Men, through Satan, have thought to be ruling, but God's laws supercede anything Satan or man think to do. Satan can only think to change these things. After God revealed the mystery of Nebuchadnezzar’s dream Daniel answered and said in Daniel 2:20- 21, "blessed be the name of God forever, for wisdom and might are his: and he changes the times and the seasons; he removes kings, and sets up kings, he gives wisdom to the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding. He reveals the deep and secret things." And in Daniel 4:17 we find, "this matter is by the decree of the watchers and the demand by the word of the holy ones (this word also means saints) to the intent that the living may know that the most high rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomsoever he will, and sets up over the basest of men." God rules and Satan (could the little horn be the kingdom of Islam?) will think to change times and Laws (Daniel 7:25). Only the most high has the right to rule, so the decree of the holy ones, the saints of God can reverse the decree of evil assigned against the whole earth (Proverbs 8).

Ps 104:9 "He appointed the moon for seasons; the sun knows his going down."

Jer. 31:35-37 "Thus says the Lord which gave the sun for light by day and the ordinances (H2708 - permanent binding law or statute) of the moon and the stars for a light by night which divides the sea when the waves thereof roar; the Lord of host is his name. If these ordinances depart from before me, then the seed of Israel shall cease from being a nation before me forever. If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done saith the Lord." Satan would love to change the times and these laws of heaven that Israel would cease to exist.

Jer 33:20-21a "If you can break my covenant of the day and of the night, and there should not be day and night in their season, then will my covenant be broken with David."

Zech 1:16 – "Therefore thus saith the LORD; I am returned to Jerusalem with mercies: my house shall be built in it, saith the LORD of hosts, and a line shall be stretched forth upon Jerusalem. Cry yet, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; My cities through prosperity shall yet be spread abroad; and the LORD shall yet comfort Zion, and shall yet choose Jerusalem." God has set His line in Jerusalem!!!

The FACE - the part that moves.

Janus, the Roman god of gates and doors, had two faces.

In Genesis the Spirit of God hovered over the FACE of the waters and created. The Word speaks of the face of the earth and the sky (Mt 16:3). We have designed the clock to have a "face," the face of the clock. The psalmist writes in Ps 104: 29-30, "Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust. Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth." In Col 4:5 and Eph 5:16 we find that we are to conduct ourselves with wisdom making the most of every opportunity, in other words we are to redeem the time for the days are evil. Ps 115:16 "The heaven, even the heavens are the Lord's, but the earth hath he given to the children of men." We are to tend, guard, and rule with HIM in the earth and execute judgments written and put Satan under our feet where all he is allowed to eat is dust.

Isa 24 speaks of what God will do in the earth when we transgress the laws and change the ordinances and break covenant. It says the earth is broken, dissolved, moved, reel to and fro. The moon will be confounded and the sun ashamed when the Lord of hosts shall reign in Mt Zion and in Jerusalem. Isa 40 says it is HE that sits on the circle of the earth. Isa 42 says, the isles wait for his law, sing a new song and the Lord will go forth like a mighty man and prevail against his enemies.

Let’s rise up and go forth with a new song in our mouths, ruling and reigning and executing the judgments of God. The times, the laws, the seasons, the days and nights are all under God’s authority. Let’s rise up and say NO to the powers of darkness that are attempting to change God’s time line!

April 30th Time Line Initiative London / Prague

Even though we were led to address the timeline on March 30th, instead of April 30th, we still feel that it is a significant date and plan to go ahead and press forward again. The reasons for March 30th were clear with the Queen Mother situation.

What I woke up with this morning (4/23/02) was the whole thing about 'Time and Space.' I feel that it is right to address the 'Time' issue on the timeline here in Prague on the 30th, but also the 'Space' issue. This is in reference to the planetary alignment. We exist in 'Time and Space.' I have been looking into Job this last while [chapter 38], about the Lord's challenge to man being able to order anything that He has set in it's place, in regards to both 'Time and Space.' Out of the boastfulness of our pride, we have tried. It is time not only to realign the Time back to God's Order, but also the Space.

Because of the practice of Sacred Astronomy, we have found that there are cities that are 'lined up' with planets and not with Heaven. The identity is therefore compromised, and the focus of the 'lens' is wrong. I reckon this will also compromise the prophetic. London, as you probably already know, has 28 Boroughs to reflect the 28 Lunar Houses.

I sense that the cooperation between these nations again for the purposes of 'Kingdom' and not Empire will be significant.

In The Satanic Bible, LaVey refers to two holidays that have special

meaning in the satanic calendar, namely Walpurgisnacht and Halloween - WALPURGISNACHT –

BACKGROUND:

Walburga, Saint or Walpurgis, Saint (710?-77), English Catholic missionary, her feast day is usually celebrated on May 1, and the preceding night, formerly the date of a pagan festival marking the beginning of summer is known as Walpurgis Night. Because the pagan festival had been associated with witchcraft; it was believed that on Walpurgis Night witches met with the devil in certain places, especially in the Harz Mountains in central Germany. The Harz, mountain is a range in central Germany, between the Elbe and Weser rivers. Abundant forests and pasturelands cover the slopes of both parts of the range. Pagan tradition survived in the Harz region longer than in other parts of Germany, and they have given rise to a number of legends, many of which have been incorporated into German literature. The Brocken, mountain peak, in central Germany, is highest of the Harz Mountains. It is 1142 m (3747ft) and Brocken is the legendary gathering place of witches on Walpurgis Night, Made famous in a scene in Goethe's Faust. (Source: Encarta Encyclopedia 96]

30th April / 1 May: Walpurgis Night of Beltane:

A major Celtic festival, marked with bonfires and fertility rites. The lighting of bonfires known as "beltane fires", which is believed to represent the DRUIDICAL worship of the SUN GOD [Note: This is NORTHERN HEMISPHERE].

This holiday celebrates the joys of love and union, and honors the "sacred" marriage of Satan (death) and the Queen of heaven. For this reason, the feast of Beltane, also known as May Day is an especially favorite time for fastings, pagan wedding ceremonies, to be performed. Symbols of this day include any trinkets signifying romantic love, maypoles (same as an obelisk) and flowers. The rainbow colors herald this day

One of the most important nights on the satanic calendar. Every possible form of blood rituals and human sacrifice take place.

Death is the ultimate goal and Satan Is worshipped in his real form, that of death itself. In preparation to the many rituals, which will be performed during this time the following take place:

The Sacrifice is prepared e.g. kidnapping, holding & ceremonial preparation of another person for human sacrifice.

25th April is the Da Muer ritual. (Also known as the grand climax) Sexual rituals take place during which a woman or a young girl is sacrificed.

From now until early June the five planets that can be seen with the naked eye -- Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn -- will move into a rough grouping on the same, visible, side of the sun, something that happens only once a century.

"People will be able to see the planets with the naked eye lining up about 45 minutes after sunset," Robert Warren at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, London told Reuters on Friday.

He said stargazers should watch the planets rising from the western horizon where the five should be grouped within a span of 10 degrees of sky, or about the width of a fist held at arm's length.

While astronomers are busy swinging their telescopes westwards, astrologers are reaching for their charts and predicting great changes.

"The coming together of the five naked eye planets in conjunction with other cosmic influences will greatly affect the collective human unconscious," astrologer Walter Berg told Reuters.

Berg said a chart for April 30 predicted greater human harmony and increased teamwork.

"That will manifest itself in shorter supermarket queues, quieter roads and people getting on better," he said.

"It will be like an army marching in step."

Joyce Hopewell of the Astrological Psychology Institute agreed. "The focus is on Gemini which is all about communication," she said.

Berg said the movement of planets through space affects the solar magnetic field which in turn affects the geo magnetic field influencing people's central nervous system.

This in turn means people will be more in tune with each other and better equipped to avoid the petty hassles and confrontations of everyday life.

But not everyone is convinced.

"Complete rubbish," said Robert Massey, an astronomer at the Royal Observatory.

"It is bizarre to say planets have that sort of an impact. It would be really impressive if the planets suddenly produced world peace -- but I doubt it will happen," he said.
