August 2004 European Trip Report

Team Members: Brenda Borghese, Dee Briggs, Claude Fillingim, , Ken Heer, Heidi Potter, Christina Summers, Faith Wright, Martha Lucia, and Dana Millar.  Yvonne Gill joined us in Rome and made the rest of the trip.  Jane Almond, Francesca Fleming, and Mark Roberts joined us in Brussels only.  Sharon Stone joined us in Santiago de Compostela, also a group from Norway led by Ann-Christian Van-Torp.  (Picture is of group in Brussels, minus Dana.)

Day 1 – Brussels - August 8, 2004

After a brief rest from our travel, we started our intercession mission with a trip to the location where the 1958 World’s Fair had been held.  In February 2004 (Please go to http://watchmannetwork.org/Brussels_February_2004.htm for the February trip report.)  Martha and another team found on the fair grounds a monument called the Atomium.  It is represented in Daniel 2:31-45.

“You, O king, were watching: and behold, a great image!  This great image, whose splendor was excellent, stood before you; and its form was awesome.  This image’s head was of find gold its chest and arms of silver, its belly and thighs of bronze, its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of clay.  You watched wile a stone was cut out without hands, which struck the image on its feet of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces. Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold were crushed together, and became like chaff from the summer threshing floors; the wind carried them away so that no trace of them was found---------you are this head of gold.  But after you shall arise another kingdom, inferior to yours, then another, a third kingdom of bronze, which shall rule over all the earth.  And the fourth kingdom shall be as strong as iron, inasmuch as iron breaks in pieces and shatters everything; and like iron that crushes, that kingdom will break in pieces and crush all the others.  Whereas you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter’s clay and partly of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; yet the strength of the iron shall be in it, just as you saw the iron mixed with ceramic clay.  And as the toes of the feet were partly of iron and partly of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly fragile.  As you saw iron mixed with ceramic clay, they will mingle with the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, just as iron does not mix with clay.”

The Atomium (pictured on the right) is a representative of powerful forces that control and rule over man.  There has to be a residue of all of the kingdoms represented in Daniel here.  Brussels is a governmental center for much of Europe.  Not only is it the capital of Belgium but it also hosts the home of the European Union (EU) and NATO.  At the  same time the Atomium was being designed and built in 1957-1958 the Treaty of Rome that established the EU was written and signed.  The Atomium represents an evil womb.  It is interesting to note that Brussels has planned to spend an estimated 23 million Euro to restore the Atomium which has already begun.

From the Atomium we saw many vortexes scattered across the city, which represented communication portals connecting to the second heaven.  (The photo on the right is taken from the Atomium and shows one of the many vortexes.)

Each sphere of the Atomium represented a single atom of iron.  All together the nine spheres represented an iron crystal.  It was interesting to observe that there were spheres or representatives of an “atom” scattered throughout the city of Brussels.  An atom is made of protons (positive charges) neutrons (neutral charges) and electrons (negative charges) in orbits around the atom.  When two atoms join together they form a molecular structure, like H2O (two atoms of hydrogen are joined with one atom of oxygen).  By the laws of nature any time an atom does not have an equal number of positive and negative charges, it is unstable and seeks stability by connecting with another atom that either needs an electron or has an electron to share so that it will be “balanced.”  The question arose, could all of these “spheres,” which obviously were linked to the theme of the atom from the 1958 world’s fair, located throughout the city be connected in the spiritual realm, building a molecular structure of the demonic over the entire area?

We enjoyed dinner and a time of fellowship with a group of intercessors from Glory of Zion in Denton, Texas.  Their plan was to be in Brussels all week, for which we were grateful.

Day 2 – Brussels – August 9, 2004

We started the morning with a walk down a row of monuments.  First we saw an ancient stone gateway (pictured below on the left) which was connected in a triangle with a monument that drew from the second heaven and reflected what was sent from the second heaven (pictured below on the right) into this ancient gateway and then to a fountain with 21 spheres (possibly connecting points for the demonic molecular structure over the area).

As we continued down the avenue of monuments, the next one was made of copper which is one of the best conductors of power.  It had a mangled, contoured image with two “eyes” open to heaven and one open to earth.  There was also what looked like a doorway.

The next monument was one that looked like Mercury, the god of communication and trade (pictured below on the left).  The monument was located between a large communication center (CCN) and the World Trade Center.  What an interesting location!!  The next monument was in a fountain and had a shape of a triangular with an open door, a portal if you will (pictured below on the right).  We felt that all these monuments were linked together – almost like looking for a “balance” and definitely looking for connection between them all as if a funnel way for the demonic.  We prayed at each monument breaking the power of the air that had entry through any of these portals.

In the afternoon, we went to the EU headquarters which has an iron structure out front of a woman riding the beast. (pictured on the right) Rather blatant, don’t you think?

The building is built like a vortex.  From the center of this vortex we declared Daniel – this empire will be part weak and part strong.  We sensed that the European Union and its confederation encompasses the old Roman Empire, which again points us to the empire Daniel spoke of  - part iron and part clay.  We prayed that their constitution and the President that is about to take office will be the weak leak – again declaring the words of Daniel that the kingdom would be partly strong and partly broken.

Later in the afternoon we went to the Grand-Place where all the guilds were located, i.e., it was the market place where all trade took place.  There appeared to be a link between the old and the new money in this area.  It is shaped in a square that forms a vortex much like the vortex shape at the EU headquarters.  There were many figures on the facades of the buildings – all with “eyes” watching the area.  Two of the monuments had individuals pointing to the center of the market area giving an appearance that this was a central point from which the wealth of the earth is controlled.  In addition, a statue of St. Michael, acknowledged as the patron saint of Brussels and, as the Archangel Michael, which is connected with spiritual warfare, was strategically located high atop one of the guild houses.  We believe in reality that the idol represented by the statue is actually a “christianized” version of a warring demon, because “..Satan transforms himself into an angel of light.” [2 Corinthians 11: 14]  One of the purposes of the EU is to bring countries together under one governmental structure so that trade from each of the countries can be controlled.  We felt that from that place we are moving toward the mark of the beast (666), all buying and selling would be controlled by the beast.  We prayed concerning the power of the influence of the spiritual forces that resided in this area.

The Treaty on European Union, known as the Maastricht Treaty, was signed at Maastricht, Netherlands, on February 7, 1992.  The treaty amended the Treaty of Rome, which established the European Economic Community in 1957.  The Maastricht treaty transformed the European Economic Community to the European Community by adding a political dimension.  The idea of the Maastricht giant was “paraded” in the Grand-Place – Maastricht guilds may have wanted to show they had control over a religion and political lord.  The Maastricht was the giant of political control, controlling the wealth.  (An explanation of the Maastricht giant - In the oldest city of the Netherlands, Maastricht, at that time ruled by two lords, giants were well known.  In 1550, when the Habsburg Emperor Charles V was there to introduce his son and successor Philip II, a perfectly unique and nameless giant emerges with two children in his bag.  He inspired awe by his warlike appearance.  The Maastricht guilds may have wanted to show they had complete control over their two lords (the prince-bishop of Liege and Charles V, whose centralistic regime they were afraid of): they had them in their pocket!  The fact remains that this political giant was noticed only once: in 1550.  In 1968, however, he was set up again and his Giant’s guild, in the 16th century costume, takes him all through Europe ever since.)  There were images of the Maastricht giants scattered all across Brussels.

The center of power seems to be shared by Rome and Brussels.  Is Brussels the political beast and Rome the religious beast?  Freemasonry is tied in – is it mystery Babylon?  The iron represents Rome, what does clay represent?  Could it be free masonry? Or the empire of Islam – have Freemasonry and the Vatican joined forces to form the religious beast?

When Belgium went to the Congo they brought back the gods from Africa (the Congo).  What were these?  They are now planted in the ground here.  There is much blood associated with the wealth they brought back.  They raped the Congo of its resource of rubber, ivory, and much more.  Much of this money was spent building a great number of buildings, including the Jubilee Triple Arch in Brussels which is a monument representing war.

There is a promise in Daniel 2:44 “And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.”  Daniel 7:18 & 22 “But the saints of the Most High (God) shall receive the Kingdom and possess the kingdom forever, even forever and ever.”  Vs 22 “Until the Ancient of Days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the Most High (God), and the time came when the saints possessed the Kingdom.” As subjects of God’s kingdom we have the awesome privilege and responsibility of executing His judgments and joining Him in breaking the kingdoms of this world into pieces, as we possess (drive out the previous occupants).

Day 3 – Rome – August 10, 2004

We arrived in Rome in the early afternoon and spent the rest of the day in the ancient coliseum (photo at left) and saw the incredible architecture and place where death was the entertainment of the day.  Those who were in attendance were invited by the senators or other political figures for a “political gathering.”  The gladiators trained together and became good friends and then were required to fight each other in the presence of the 70,000 in attendance.  The gladiators walked by the emperor, Nero at the time, and held their hand open to him signifying they were ready to die to the end in the fight.

Nero would let them fight and let the crowd call out kill him, leaving the people with an appearance that he was serving them and their desires, but often he would require exactly opposite what they were requesting in order to show his supremacy.  All of this continued until the Christianity began to arise and the Christians objected to this cruelty.  It truly is a picture of how the gospel of the kingdom can bring a city and even a Nation into reformation.  It also shows how when the righteous rule the people rejoice.  The gladiators were fighting for freedom, as they could earn their freedom from slavery by fighting.  Remember that the Apostle Paul was told by Jesus himself that he must preach the gospel in Rome.  It was probably a result of his preaching that turned the city to God.  We also learned that they are in the process of rebuilding the coliseum, of which Martha was already aware from a previous visit.  There is an absence of the presence of those who truly worship Jesus in this city and we believe that the same spirit – the spirit of entertainment that thrived on watching men fight to their death - that ruled prior to the Christian invasion might be returning to this coliseum.  Many Christians were among those put to death.  Could it be that it is being rebuilt so that more Christians can be martyred there?  This might be the fulfillment of Rev. 6:11b “Until the number be complete of their fellow servants and their brethren who were to be killed as they themselves had been.”

The following is a quote from one of the books we picked up in Rome: “While the Colosseum stands, Rome shall stand: when the Colosseum falls, Rome shall fall; and when Rome falls, with it the World shall fall.”  Even today although not functioning as it was in the days of old, the Colosseum is considered “the pride of Rome.”  The day will come when the kingdoms of the world will fall and only God’s kingdom will remain!

Day 4 – Rome – August 11, 2004

We spent the day praying over more of Rome.  One place we were aware of in prayer, however did not stop to visit, was a large war memorial where Mussolini made his speech to Italy aligning with Germany.  He in essence made the wrong alliance (the evil axis) and ultimately sacrificed all of Italy’s young men to the goddess of war.

Unfortunately, we started the day with one in the group encountering a pick pocket.  We immediately prayed and started inquiring of the underground metro attendant where we might find a lost and found, etc.  Just as we were leaving the area, the metro attendant came running to say they had found the wallet.  The wallet was recovered with identification and credit cards but without the money.  We were all very excited at God’s immediate response to our request.

Our prayer journey this morning took us to St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City.  Vatican City, which is considered the smallest “state in the world at the center of the largest spiritual kingdom,” is composed of 108 acres and was built on the site of Cybele’s temple where the priest sacrificed by castrating themselves.  Cybele is the spirit that causes the vow of celibacy and is held together by the spirit of death.  The Vatican represents the false foundation of the Church.  The Apostolic see, as it is called, is a portrayal of the false Apostolic and the Sistine chapel the false prophetic and Jesus is replaced with Mary, “The Queen of Heaven” portrayed as the Mother of God, as well as the co-redemptrix.

Saint Peter’s Basilica is the church of the popes.  It is one of the largest churches in the world.  There is a circular courtyard in front of it, with an obelisk in the center of the courtyard.  Obelisks are associated with pagan religions. This particular obelisk is also associated with the slaughter of Christians.  It was originally in the Circus of Nero (the Circus Maximus), where Christians were martyred as they were run over in chariot races.  In 1587, Pope Sixtus V had it moved to the center of the circular courtyard in front of Saint Peter’s Basilica.

A book entitled Vatican City, by Orazio Petrosillo, a noted journalist on Vatican affairs, states: “Peter is an aspiration of faith that springs from the deepest regions of the soul; it connects the Prince of the Apostles to each of his successors.”  In other words, each Pope replaces Peter and everything in the Catholic Church goes back to the tomb of St. Peter, the apostle upon whom Christ built His church.  The book also stated: “The mystery of the Vatican consists of the extraordinary rapport between this hill and the events of Jerusalem. It is a place imbued with spirituality, but not the sort whereby cloistered monks silently contemplate the Kingdom of God in the hereafter.  Rather, it is spiritually well grounded in history, one that perpetuates the mission Christ entrusted to Peter.  Throughout history, much of humanity has looked and looks now toward this hill.  Thanks to the Vatican, Rome has become heir to Jerusalem. “Whence Christ is a Roman.”  The book continued to state: “The key to understanding the Vatican can be found in the mystery of the keys.  This is no mere play on words.  It has to do with the mandate given Peter by Christ to guide the Church throughout all history.  God entrusted Peter with the keys to Heaven.” Peter was martyred in Nero’s Circus, at the foot of the Vatican Hill, sometime between 64 and 67 A.D. “In order to understand the Vatican, we must begin with this moment of absolute humanity: the plain burial of an executed man at the height of anti-Christian persecution.”  Peter’s tomb is the point of reference within the Vatican, being the “crux of everything and the reason for all that was subsequently built.”  Peter’s burial was an event that transformed and ultimately exalted Vatican Hill.  “The city that is observed today was born within the fortification meant to defend that tomb.”  Peter’s tomb was the corner stone of Constantine’s basilica which was essentially a combination temple-and-mausoleum dedicated to Peter.  The book continues to state: “The close rapport between tomb-altar-basilica resembles the chain of spiritual succession that is similarly enacted with a ritual like the laying on of the hands.  Such a connection – at once physical and spiritual – keeps Peter “alive” today in his 263rd successor.  In this sense, the Vatican becomes a sacred island, a type of new Holy Land.” “Always and forever, at the center of everything is the sepulcher of the Apostle Peter.”  From these descriptive words we can see that the Catholic Church appears to be built on the tomb of St. Peter.  And that the Catholic Church believes that Vatican City represents the New Jerusalem where Christ will return.

The mixture of paganism and Christianity can be seen in the artwork of the Sistine Chapel.  It is the Pope’s private chapel, but it is as large as a church.  Michelangelo painted the ceiling.  Here is portrayed the patriarchs, prophets, apostles, and pagan prophetesses (sybils), false oracles of the day, inter-mixed together.  This mixture shows that there is a defiling of the true prophetic foundation of the church.  The Sistine Chapel and Saint Peter’s Basilica are such a mixture, portraying the true and the false.  Much like the Catholic Church, they are large, expensive, ornate, and impressive.

While at St. Peter’s Basilica we read about an enormous ciborium or baldachin hovering over Peter’s memorial which is located at the crossing of the longitudinal, transversal and vertical axes of the entire edifice.  It is a horrific altar that is the center point of all that is represented there – the false, the death, and the worship of various gods and glorification of Peter, and the Queen of Heaven.  We stood in the axis and took the sword of the spirit to sever the connection and cried out for the truth to be known by those who were being deceived by this false worship.  This altar involves all nations as it is the false center, a voice of false doctrine that is broadcast throughout the world by radio 24 hours a day.  Lord, we ask that You disrupt the airways that carry this false voice, for God You are the King of kings and THE KING of the nations.  We cry out for Your grace and mercy for these European nations.  Some will not find the narrow gate, God make us a voice crying in the wilderness, for the day of the Lord is at hand.  Let the wind carry Your words as we seek to represent You.

In the afternoon we went back to the Coliseum and walked through the Roman Forum which is on Palatine Hill and is the birth place of the Roman Empire.  We recognized that we were in a womb and prayed that the eggs would not hatch, but be bound until it was God’s time as we recognized that the Roman Empire will be part of the iron and clay kingdom that is depicted in Daniel 2:41-44.

We finished our day in Rome at the Circus Maximus which is the site where as many as 200,000 watched chariots race and also as part of their “entertainment” watched the massacre of thousands.  We took communion and poured out the bread and the wine on the land crying out for

redemption of the land so the people could freely hear the true voice of God.  From the above description of St. Peter’s you will remember that at one time the obelisk that was located at the

Circus Maximus, that was pulling on the power of the second heaven and on death, was moved to the center of the area where millions gather to hear the Pope speak from his balcony in the Basilica.  It was moved to be a monument to Peter.

According to Matthew 25:32-33, when Jesus returns a nation will already be known as a sheep or goat nation.  Each of us should have as our mission a desire to affect the soul of the nations, as well as our own nation.  We are carriers of the kingdom of God and as such have this responsibility.  May HIS kingdom come and infiltrate the earth through HIS servants preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom.

Day 5- Rome - August 12, 2004

We gathered for prayer concerning Rome before we departed for Barcelona.  We knew that we were in one of the areas that represented the axis of evil between France, Germany, Belgium, Italy and others that caused World War 2.

Satan is in the business of deceiving the nations.  The nations are the “stake” of the game.  Rev 20:3 says “And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.”  Satan will be released to deceive the nations.  We need to be involved in civil government, we are told to first pray for the government because those in governmental positions hold the key to determining whether a region becomes a sheep or a goat nation.  The leadership of a nation makes a difference; we have the awesome responsibility and privilege of praying and voting to elect righteous governmental leaders.

The next president of the European Union (EU) will have a voice in all of the EU nations and will force all nations within the union to follow his lead.  When an area (like the EU, made up of several nations) comes under one currency (the Euro), there is an implication that the sovereignty and voice of the individual nation is taken away.

We quickly reviewed the book we bought at the Vatican which again showed us the false foundation that the Catholic Church is built upon.  The history of the theology of the Catholic Church is focused on the tomb of St. Peter and there is an implication that the Catholic Church is built upon St. Peter and not Jesus.  Highlights from a portion of the book are:

  • The Vatican is a mysterious island and has become heir to Jerusalem.
  • It is inhabited by 472 residences and considered the universal organization of the “Holy See.”  (The term “holy see” refers to the pope.  The “holy see” is also called the “apostolic see.”)
  • Vatican is a product of “a single mind”
  • It is the largest “spiritual kingdom” in the world
  • It is the wealthiest state in the world
  • 10 million pilgrims pass through the Vatican annually to see the Holy Father who is considered the successor of Peter, the Prince of the Apostles.  Each Pope has been “handed the keys” that Peter held to his successor.   These 10 million pilgrims are aware of the “mystery.”
  • Peter’s tomb is the base of the Vatican.  Peter and Mary are deified.
  • Constantine brought a mixed form of Christianity and dedicated everything to Peter.
  • Priests were sacrificed at the altars – whatever is sacrificed at an altar is what is worshiped there and gives it power.

Day 6 – Barcelona – August 13, 2004

Martha, Brenda, Dee and Yvonne at Montserrat

We spent the day at Montserrat, which is a gorgeous formation of a rock mountain.  The word Montserrat means “serrated mountain.”  The rocks at Montserrat consist of a conglomerate of hardened, eroded rocks with limestone, which makes them different from the other mountains in the area, as they are unusually hard and able to withstand erosion.  It is recorded in history that in 880 the image of the Mother of God was found in a cave in the mountain.  Four chapels were in existence in the 9th century and in 1025 the Monastery at Montserrat was founded.  The current image of Mother of God, which is a black Madonna, was carved and placed in the basilica sometime in the 12th or 13th century.

We felt that this is a high place of the “queen of Heaven.”  We purposefully went there to speak against the powers this black Madonna has.  The deeper we moved into her domain, the darker and more powerful the witchcraft became.  We felt like the saying, “come into my parlor said the spider to the fly.”  You realize the power of Jezebel and her witchcrafts that operates through these places.  The queen of heaven works through the Jezebel spirit on earth.  It is so evident in these places.  We spoke to the mountain of demons gathered at that place and commanded them to be cast into the sea.  The worship of this idol was sickening.  We saw people kissing, hugging, giving money, rubbing this idol expecting it to do something for them.  Such blindness and deception.  God help!

Day 7 – Santiago de Compostela, Spain – August 14, 2004

The day of the Concert of Praise had finally arrived.

From Global Harvest:

Santiago de Compostela is a highly strategic location.  The region of Galicia, according to history or tradition, was first evangelized by the Apostle James, one of the sons of Zebedee, who was later killed by Herod while he was visiting Jerusalem (see Acts 12).   The cathedral is built in his honor.  James in Spanish is interchangeably “Santiago” or “Jacobo” or “Diego.”  Interestingly enough, the Roman term for this region was finis terra, meaning the “uttermost part of the earth,” words that James would have heard from Jesus Himself (see Acts 1:8).

The story continues with the two principal members of what we would now call James’ apostolic team, Theodore and Athanasus, supposedly returning his body to be buried in his beloved Galicia.  Apparently the site was soon forgotten and for centuries a thick forest grew over the tomb until in the early 800s a hermit named Pelagius, or Pelayo, who lived in a nearby church, heard strange noises and saw flashes of light that appeared to be stars in the woods about ten miles away.  He investigated and discovered the ruins of what was later thought to be the tomb of James and his two disciples.  By that period of the Middle Ages, many segments of the church had begun to backslide into the abuses that Luther later encountered, including the worship of relics such as the bones of dead Christian leaders like James.  This was the beginning of an escalating focus on what was to become known as Santiago de Compostela (“compostela” in Spanish meaning the “field of stars.”

The first church containing the supposed tomb of James was consecrated in 893, then the area was destroyed by the Muslim invasion of Spain.  The elegant rebuilding of the cathedral which we see today began in 1075 and architects regard it as one of the finest enduring exhibits of Middle Age Romanesque construction in the world.  Interesting additions, many with prophetic implications, were made until the mid-1800s, about 150 years ago.

The cathedral in Santiago de Compostela is arguably the number one destination for Catholic pilgrims in all of Europe, at least rivaling or possibly even surpassing Rome and Jerusalem.  In 1999, for example, no fewer than 7 million persons from multiple countries made pilgrimages there expecting to have their sins forgiven.  It is a place where people seek salvation of their souls.  The focal point of their devotion is the main altar of the cathedral, centered on an opulent idol of James, along with his sarcophagus in a public display area behind the altar.  Pilgrims bow before the tomb, and then climb some stairs to touch or embrace another wooden idol of James, believing that he will intercede for them and that their sins will thereby be forgiven.

As we walked through the area we found ourselves in the in the Plaza de Platerías (or the “Silversmiths’).  There, in the words of Peter Wagner, we found a relatively unobtrusive fountain featuring four heads of horses with water coming out of their mouths and with an attractive woman seated above them.  This beautiful, quite voluptuous, woman, was sitting on a replica of the sarcophagus of James with a wry but contented look on her face.  In her right hand she was holding aloft a staff topped with the eight-pointed star of Lucifer!  All the overt devotion to James was under the demonic control of this notorious goddess of darkness.  Just to her left was the most sacred entrance to the cathedral, the Puerta Santa (“Holy Door”), also known significantly as the “Gate of Pardons.”  The Holy Door is firmly sealed shut with layers of ornate steel and bricks, opened only on the Holy Years, namely the years when the anniversary of James’ martyrdom, July 25, happens to fall on a Sunday.

We started the day by going through the “holy door” that was opened this year.  Once again the spirit of blindness was so evident on those as they came by this idol.  The monument to the Queen of Heaven was basically guarding the entrance to the door.

In the evening we met with approximately 3000 to exalt the name of Jesus.  Many had come from dozens of nations to join in the Celebration, and many more were visitors and pilgrims who were attracted to the excitement of the worship celebration.  Pastor Segundo Navaza was the local host for the gathering, but had also received help from Paco Garcia.  David Stanfield brought a special collection of banners from Australia, which added

a great dimension of warfare during the time of worship.  Pastors and leaders from Spain and other parts of the world periodically lead prayer.  Pastor Segundo Navaza shared from Esther 9, which was the prophetic pattern for the night.  It also shows how this event will affect the region in the future.

From Chuck Pierce’s summary of the gathering:

This is the Year of the Door in Santiago de Compostela where millions of people come seeking for their sins to be forgiven by walking through “The Door” of the cathedral. Bruno Interlandi and Chuck Pierce gave an invitation for those who had never received the Lord to listen to the Lord knocking at the door of their heart. Harvest angels entered in.  Their presence was almost tangible.  Peter Wagner ended by connecting an apostolic decree with what he had shared several years prior when He saw a multitude of worshipping people in the plaza.  Worship wins the WAR with our enemies and changes atmospheres!

The Lord ended the meeting by sending a jet straight up into the air and splitting the sky, traveling in a straight line directly over the Plaza.  It was as if the heavens opened and a new day began in Spain.  The crowd saw this and cheered.  Only God could have timed this sign.

Day 8 – August 15, 2004

Today we went to Pastor Segundo Navaza’s church.  Martha shared some things with the congregation that would give them ammunition for intercession and spiritual warfare.  Sharon Stone ministered prophetically to many and then prophesied a word to the area, which again gave them much to pray and intercede over.  We were excited to be able to participate in an offering which was taken in relationship to the 15th day referred to in Esther 9, the theme of the Concert of Praise.  The 15th day was a day of gathering the spoils.  The offering resulted in paying off the outstanding debt for the gathering.  The Concert of Praise was a time of birthing, a history making event from which a fresh breathe of the Holy Spirit was sent forth from the uttermost to the uttermost.

Day 9 – August 16, 2004

We returned to our nations and homes, each with a new level of understanding of the times and seasons we are dealing with, and God’s heart for the nations.
