BRITAIN AND THE EUROPEAN UNION CONSTITUTION – UPDATE
Many rights and freedoms that we in America enjoy were inherited from Britain. Some of these freedoms go back to the MAGNA CARTA, the Great Charter of English liberties, which was first issued by King John at Runnymede in June 1215.
Since then, the Magna Carta has come to be regarded by Englishmen, and by all who have adopted English laws, as their chief constitutional defense against arbitrary or unjust rule. Its most famous clauses express and give warranty to some of Englishmen's most deeply held political beliefs. Translated from the original Latin they read:
"In future no official shall put anyone on trial merely on his own testimony, without reliable witnesses produced for this purpose. No free man shall be arrested or imprisoned, or stripped of his rights or possessions, or outlawed or exiled, or deprived of his standing in any other way, nor will we take or order acting against him, except by the lawful judgment of his equals and according to the law of the land. To no one will we sell, to no one deny or delay right or justice."
Many of these rights and freedoms could be forever lost if the British leaders sign the EU Constitution, and the British Prime Minister Tony Blair does not give the British a choice of a Referendum on this issue.

Dear Reader,
I write to you in great sadness having heard the dreadful news that our Prime Minister has agreed to the European Union Constitution. He has no mandate to do this terrible thing - there is no mention of it in the manifesto upon which his Party fought the last General Election and at the recent European Parliament Election his Party gained only 3.7 million votes against 4.4 million and 2.7 million votes respectively for the Conservative and United Kingdom Independence Parties which are both implacably opposed. Even with the 2.5 million votes cast for the ultra integrationist Liberal Democrats the Prime Minister is still a minority on this issue and I live in hope that in due course he will get just deserts. Indeed we must make sure that he does - preferably at the next General Election but certainly in the promised Referendum.
In the United Kingdom the people elect the Members of Parliament, the MP's swear a oath of allegiance to the head of state - which, in spite of his delusions of grandeur, is not Mr. Blair - who in turn swears the Coronation Oath to govern his or her subjects according to their laws and customs. These interlocking oaths of allegiance were purposely intended to prevent the sovereignty of the British people from being in any way negotiable and whoever does so betrays their oath and, not to mince words, is no more or less a common traitor.
"Treason doth never prosper. What's the reason? For if it prosper none dare call it treason".
But The Freedom Association does dare call it treason for an act of treason has been or is about to be committed by no less a figure than, our own head of government, one Tony Blair.
Under the existing British constitutional arrangements one Parliament may not bind its successor nor, as established in the case of Blackburn v. Attorney General can it surrender its ultimate power. In that milestone case High Court Judge Sir Robert Megarry specifically stated that " as a matter of law the Courts of England recognize Parliament as omnipotent in all save the power to destroy its own omnipotence".
The EU Constitution will not only replace the existing treaties, which a future British Parliament could always have abrogated if it was minded so to do, but will also, by superseding our existing constitution, effectively prevent secession other than on the draconian terms spelt out in Article 59 of the New Constitution.
But there is more and worse to come. The prospect of our Common Law being replaced by CORPUS JURIS should fill every free born British person with absolute dread.
Without the protection of Habeas Corpus, Trail by Jury, the Presumption of Innocence, the inadmissibility of Hearsay Evidence, the ruling against Double Jeopardy, the Right to Silence, the rule against the disclosure of the defendant's Previous Convictions and the restrictions placed upon Press Reporting so as not to prejudice a fair trial, the freedom of the individual upon which the British people have implicitly relied for centuries will become dead letter.
Suddenly we will find ourselves back in the dark ages where False Accusation, Arbitrary Arrest and Wrongful Imprisonment were the order of the day. We will discover to our awful cost that we have exchanged a system of criminal justice which protects the individual subject against coercion BY the STATE for a continental system which deliberately subordinates the freedom of the individual citizen to the supremacy of the STATE.
This TERRIFYING ASPECT of what the future holds should be sufficient reason on its own for us not to go FURTHER DOWN THE ROAD towards European integration but doubtless we will be told that our fears are without foundation and that our interests will be protected by the Charter of Fundamental Rights written into the EU Constitution.
As we begin to focus on how best to achieve a decisive "NO" in the Referendum it behoves us to highlight the loss of Political Freedom and Individual Freedom implicit in this document (i.e. EU Constitution). The fact that we are to be increasingly governed by laws made by those that we neither elect nor can hold to account, coupled with the fact that the Liberty of the individual is no longer to be vouchsafed by the common law, mean that Freedom and Democracy are under threat as never before.
It is almost impossible to think of any aspect of our lives which will benefit as a consequence of surrendering our Freedom and Democracy. Any supposed economic benefits pale into insignificance compared with the extinguishment of the fundamental tenets which sustain a free society.
Already we have witnessed unprecedented attacks upon Free Speech and one can but imagine how those will proliferate when the law is no longer on the side of the individual. With the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor the writing is already on the wall and the battle over the EU Constitution has to be seen for what it really is - a better between, on the one hand, the forces of darkness and, on the other hand, those of us who like Winston Churchill, think it " better to perish than live as slaves".

The Memorial Day for 9/11 is fast approaching and, as you can see below, Britain is openly and gratuitously colluding with the Jihad spirit. Unbelievable to think that, before the world we profess to be the friend of America, and yet we unravel the red carpet for the devil to secure his foothold in our nation. IT DRIVES ME MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The venue is not mentioned but wherever this event is to be held it is nothing to the Lord to reveal it and block it. How can we be so blind in this country???!!! In the natural AND the spiritual. Good God we are really losing it. The Lord has said that Britain has a few months to turn or else it will lose its inheritance as a sheep nation.
Desperate prayers are the ticket!!!

London Convention Will Celebrate 9/11
The London daily Al-Sharq Al-Awsat reported that the extremist Islamic movement Al-Muhajiroun had announced a convention in London, titled "The Choice is in Your Hands: Either You're with the Muslims or with the Infidels," to mark the third anniversary of the September 11 attacks. The organization had planned a similar anniversary event a year ago, called "The Magnificent 19 [Suicide Attackers]," but had cancelled it at the last minute. The following is a summary of the report:(1)
Al-Muhajiroun leader Omar Bakri, a Syrian residing in London, told the paper by phone that the convention would feature Al-Qa'ida "surprises," with the screening of a never-before-shown video. He said that the convention will focus on "the anniversary of the division of the world into two great camps - the camp of faith and the camp of unbelief," and would take place September 11, 2004 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Bakri added: "On this day, we will talk about the ramifications of these [9/11] operations for Afghanistan and Iraq... We want the world to remember this operation ... that lifted the head of the [Muslim] nation." Bakri called 9/11 "a cry of Jihad against unbelief and oppression," and said that the aim of remembering it is to "revive the commandment of Jihad among the youth of the [Muslim] nation."
Bakri said that the convention will also feature a lecture about the Islamic religious roots of "slaughtering the infidels," that is, beheading foreigners in Iraq and Saudi Arabia, and that there will be films by Al-Qa'ida, the Tawhid and Jihad organization, and the Brigades of the Two Holy Places in the Arabian Peninsula, and that there will also be a film on the most recent operations in Chechnya. He added that one of the speeches, by Abu Mus'ab Al-Zarqawi, known to be Al-Qa'ida's military commander in Iraq, will be translated.
Another lecture, he said, would be dedicated to the memory of three Al-Qa'ida commanders: Abd Al-'Aziz Al-Muqren (Abu Hajer), killed in June 2004 by Saudi security forces; his predecessor Yousef Al-Ayyiri, killed in June 2003 in a clash with Saudi security forces, and Abu Hafs Al-Masri, a top Al-Qa'ida military officer, killed in the U.S. attack on Kandahar in late 2001.
According to Bakri, the anticipated criticism of Al-Muhajiroun for the organization's insistence on memorializing 9/11 will be "a simple sacrifice in comparison with what we must actually do - that is, support the Jihad led by bin Laden."
Attorney Anjam Choudry, secretary-general of Al-Muhajiroun in Britain, said, "A large hall has already been secured for the convention, but the announcement came only two days ago for fear that the British police would try to cancel it, as happened with the previous convention."
