8      Arlington House "Custis-Lee Mansion"

The mansion, which was intended as a living memorial to George Washington, was owned and constructed
by the first president's adopted grandson, George Washington Parke Custis, son of John Parke Custis who
himself was a child of Martha Washington by her first marriage and a ward of George Washington. Arlington
won out as a name over Mount Washington, which is what George Washington Parke Custis first intended
calling the 1,100-acre tract of land that he had inherited at the death of his father when he was 3.  Arlington won
out because it was the name of the Custis family ancestral estate in the Virginia tidewater area.

George Washington Parke Custis and his wife, Mary Lee Fitzhugh (whom he had married in 1804), lived in
Arlington House for the rest of their lives and were buried together on the property after their deaths in 1857 and 1853,
respectively. They are buried in their original graves in Section 13, at map grid N-30. On June 30, 1831, Custis' only
child, Mary Anna Randolph Custis, married her childhood friend and distant cousin, Robert E. Lee. Lee was the son of f
ormer three-term Virginia Governor Henry ("Light Horse Harry") Lee and was himself a graduate of West Point.

Robert E. Lee and his wife, Mary Anna, lived at Arlington House until 1861, when Virginia ratified an alliance with the
Confederacy and seceded from the Union. Lee, who had been named a major general for the Virginia military forces in April 1861,
feared for his wife's safety and anticipated the loss of their family inheritance.

The property was confiscated by the federal government when property taxes levied against Arlington estate were not
paid in person by Mrs. Lee. The property was offered for public sale Jan. 11, 1864, and was purchased by a tax
commissioner for "government use, for war, military, charitable and educational purposes."

Arlington National Cemetery was established by Brig. Gen. Montgomery C. Meigs, who commanded the 
garrison at Arlington House, appropriated the grounds June 15, 1864, for use as a military cemetery. His intention was to 
render the house uninhabitable should the Lee family ever attempt to return. A stone and masonry burial vault in the rose 
garden, 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep, and containing the remains of 1,800 Bull Run casualties, was among the first 
monuments to Union dead erected under Meigs' orders. Meigs himself was later buried within 100 yards of Arlington House 
with his wife, father and son; the final statement to his original order.  Neither Robert E. Lee, nor his wife, as title holder, 
ever attempted to publicly recover control of Arlington House.

Arlington cemetery contains pathways that seem to be randomly shaped.

However if one maps these and shades them in, the face of Isis is 

clearly seen, and if the pattern is reversed, the child (french:

JFK’s Eternal Flame:

The argument over JFK's legacy, as a man and as a president, continues unabated. After JFK's death, Jackie and
JFK's aides helped mythologize his presidency as a golden age, a second "Camelot.  Revisionist historians have
emphasized his flaws–his foreign policy blunders (Vietnam and the Bay of Pigs), the extent to which his career was buoyed by
his father's money and connections, his endless affairs and willingness to hide the state of his health from the American people,
and the way he and Robert Kennedy skirted the law while in office by using wiretaps and intimidation against their political enemies.

For our own times, no political personality surpasses John F. Kennedy as the epitome of the modern secular saint

According to William Manchester, Kennedy family friend and author of Death of a President, Jacqueline Kennedy
said that when she accompanied her husband's body to the Capitol Rotunda to lie in state, the idea of an eternal flame
"just came into my head." Mrs. Kennedy had seen such a flame at the memorial to the French Unknown Soldier at the

Jackie had an understanding of her husband and his ideals.  Upon his death in her sole interview before leaving the
White House, said her husband had always looked at history with an idealized view. "History was full of heroes" she said.
Explaining the eternal flame, myth preserved the recurring will to struggle toward the ideal and that was the meaning of her
husband's life. In this same interview, Jacqueline invoked the name of Camelot. Her husband's favorite Broadway play.

Tomb of the Unknown Soldier

In many wars, huge numbers of soldiers have died without their remains being identified. In modern times the practice
developed for nations to have a symbolic Tomb of the Unknown Soldier that represented the war grave of those unidentified
soldiers. They usually contain the remains of a dead soldier who is unidentified (or "known but to God" as the stone is
sometimes inscribed), and is thought to be impossible to ever identify. Much work goes into trying to find a certain soldier, and
to verify that it is indeed one of the relevant nation's soldiers.

The white marble sarcophagus has a flat-faced form and is relieved at the corners and along the sides by neo-classic pilasters,
or columns, set into the surface. The stone was quarried in Marble, Colorado. Sculpted into the east panel which faces
Washington, D.C., are three Greek figures representing Peace, Victory, and Valor. Inscribed on the western panel of the Tomb are
the words:

HERE RESTS IN

HONORED GLORY

AN AMERICAN

SOLDIER

KNOWN BUT TO GOD

The six wreaths carved into the north and south of the tomb represent six major battles of World War I.

Monuments

Monuments in the land are often used by demonic forces. Isaiah 65:2-4 describes how monuments were being established
against God.

“I will spread out My hands all the day to a rebellious people, who walk in a way that is not good, after their own thoughts;
A people who provoke Me to My face continually, sacrificing in gardens and burning incense upon bricks [instead of at
God’s prescribed alter], Who sit among the graves [trying to talk with the dead], and lodge among the secret places
[or caves where familiar spirits were thought to dewll] (KJV: lodge in the monuments), who eat swine’s flesh ,and
borth of abdominable and loathsome things is in ther vessels.” (The Amplified Bible)

God was provoked to anger by what was becoming entrenched in the ground as a result of the monuments that had been built. 
When a monument is built it “marries,” so to speak, the ground where it is placed.  If there is an evil spirit connected with it, it can

War memorials glorify war and house warring demonic powers that cry out for more blood.  The voice of the blood will be answered
either by more blood shed or the blood of Jesus being applied to silence the voice.  It takes the blood to redeem the blood.

Christian based variations of the cross, (Catholics) like to see the bloodied body of Jesus hanging there all in pain,

Executing the Judgments Written:

Declaration:

Declare that the peace of God which passes all understanding will guard the hearts and minds of those grieving lost loved
ones and that mourning may endure for a night but joy will come in the morning. 

Speak Matthew 5: 4 “Blessed are those who mourn for they will be comforted.”

Declare Isaiah 61:2 & 3 “…comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion – to bestow on them a crown of beauty
instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair...”

Declare that Arlington Cemetery is a place of blessing; the scriptures and sermons spoken by Christ honoring servants will not
return void but will accomplish all that they are meant to accomplish.  Families will be refreshed by the presence of the Lord, and
experience closure so that they can begin to move on with their lives.

Put a stop to the warmonger spirit which demands continual shedding of blood to appease the beast and declare that the
blood of the Lamb is sufficient for the sins of the entire world. 

Declare the Lordship of Jesus Christ throughout the cemetery and that Arlington Cemetery will not be a target for the
entrance of false gods in the form of wicca and other pagan symbolism.

Monuments that have been built to honor man above God will be humbled and put in proper order, honoring Christ as the
only one worthy of our praise.

As we came together in our nations capital I was aware of the importance and even urgency of the mission that God had called us to. 
Even though most of us had never met and had come from different states and countries, we immediately came together as a group
with a common goal and purpose and were prepared to take on the strategic assignment that God had prepared for us through
Martha and others. 

Part of my assignment was the visit to Arlington Cemetery with Judy Sullivan as my team leader. As we saw the thousands of
graves we were naturally aware of the great loss of life to family members and the loss of lives of those died for the freedom of our
country. We dealt with the spirit of death.    

We were privileged to be there at the "changing of the guard" which was a very somber time.  We were standing on an elevated
spot which gave us a panorama view of the city. During this time the Lord reminded me of the scripture in Matt 23:37-39 where
Jesus wept over the city of Jerusalem and I felt that His heart breaks over Washington D C likewise. We prayed over the city,
thanked God for all those who had gone before us with prayers, supplication and tears and declared a fresh visitation of God. 

We also visited the Kennedy memorial and the "eternal flame" and we were very much aware of the exalted honor that
John F Kennedy had been given that lifted this spot to a place of idolatry. I called for a righteous remnant from the Kennedy
family.  We prayed specifically for Caroline Kennedy and her family and called them forth into the Kingdom of God.

There were many obelisks throughout the cemetery which denotes the burial place of masons. 

As I toured the capitol with the group, I was reminded of some words that I had heard in my spirit at least four or
five years ago that I have not really had clarity on but believe that I was able to use the words as a "weapon of warfare." 
Those words were--POWER SURGE-CAPITOL HILL and I then asked the Lord what this meant and immediately saw
the face of a current US Senator. While in the Capitol several other team members joined with me as I closed the door
to this senator and any future plans for becoming President or being placed in any seat of ruling this country. 

The White House was part of my assignment as we prayed over the ley-lines of the Masonic. We positioned ourselves in
a place that was facing the Washington Monument and made decrees and declarations that righteousness would prevail over
our nation and that the Masonic and Illuminati influence would no longer have any power or control over this area.  It was at this
spot that Martha poured out the corn, wine and oil on the White House lawn and was able to bury a small stick with scripture
written on it into the ground. 

Throughout the entire time that I was in Washington, I had a very strong sense of the draw of the demonic being transmitted
in through the Washington Monument as I am sure others discerned this also.

The Arlington Cemetery team was smaller than I expected, but it was a great experience.  The entire weekend was new for
Bill and Carolyn.  I asked them just before we went into the cemetery how they were used to praying and hearing from God.  It turns
out that they were expectant and willing to learn, but had little experience in spiritual warfare.  It was a good opportunity for
instruction and encouragement.  Sue was a wonderful addition and she offered prophetic insight at many of our locations.

Capitol - Our team each prayed in the spirit during the tour, using the scriptures and declarations provided. 
Sue was reminded of something the Lord had shown her a few years before about a current US Senator and
we prayed that the Senator's efforts to “move into the White House” would be frustrated and come to nothing. 

JFK Eternal Flame – We declared an end of the enemy’s rule of death over the Kennedy family line and released
faith to believe in the one true living Son of God, Jesus Christ.  We broke of untimely death, false hero worship, spirits of
grief and despair.  In that same vicinity we prayed over the cemetery in general and spoke the peace of God and life to
grieving families.  We sent warmongering spirits fleeing and established the Lordship of Jesus over the entire area. 
We also prayed that anywhere that the word of God was spoken through funerals and other events at the cemetery, that it
would live and accomplish what it was sent to accomplish, bringing comfort and hope to grieving families.

Tomb of the Unknown Soldier – We stood in the pavilion, overlooking the tomb, the cemetery and Washington DC. 
This is the location where we were led to make a prophetic stand for Washington DC.  We called for a complete change
in rule from the spirits of freemasonry to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.  We took a stand and claimed the ground from
Arlington Cemetery to the nation’s capitol for Jesus and commanded all opposing spirits to loose their grip, bow at His feet and
depart.  This was also the place where we spoke our declarations and executed the judgments written. 

White House – Martha lead us in prayer and declaration to break the ley lines over the White House.  We positioned
ourselves in front of the press core where we could see the Washington Monument.  The prayer time was powerful with
Martha in charge.  The Lord showed me that there were ropes tied around the tip of the Washington Monument coming
from all over the District.  I believe each rope represented the ley line locations where our teams were praying.  As we
prayed the ropes were being disconnected.  The strongest connection was coming from the White House and it was also
broken.  Then I saw the Monument become a lighthouse.  It was no longer an instrument of demonic control, but it
represented our nation and its change from a source for occult control and activity to a source that would send and
spread the glorious gospel to the world.  The Lord told me that there would be a cleansing storm that day at the end of the
Shift the Nation event and it would be a sign that a cleansing of our city had indeed taken place.  We had a flooding
rainstorm during our celebration dinner that evening. 

Operation Occupy!  My ministry team in Washington DC, The Prayer Embassy, has decided to gather the troops from
across the metro area to occupy the ground that was taken during the Shift the Nation with Martha Lucia and
Shift the Nations with Cindy Jacobs.  We believe that God has a divine calling and purpose for our nation to be a
lighthouse to the world.  However, if we do not stand firmly against the seven-fold return of the enemy, we will not see
this fulfilled.  Our team returns to the White House, Washington Monument, the Capitol and Supreme Court weekly and
stands firmly against any return of this oppressive control.  But we are very aware that the enemy is looking and waiting
for any opportunity to move back in.  We are initiating “Operation Occupy” to step-up this effort and rally support to make
a stand for Washington DC until we see the Lord’s full purpose for our nation fulfilled or Jesus returns.  Thank you Martha
