Prayer Initiative Focus:

The objective for this particular prayer focus was two-fold:

1. To release decrees, declarations, and proclamations concerning the 2008 presidential elections from the high place of the nation, Tallahassee, FL. These words were to be released from the 22nd (re: Isaiah 22:22) floor of the State Capitol.

2. To deal with the evil forces coming against Governor Sarah Palin that are trying to keep her from her call to be a modern-day Esther for this time in our nation. These forces are trying to attack her for being a woman and for being a Spirit-filled, praying believer.

Background Information:

In September, Martha Lucia received a call from a friend from CA who alerted her to some historical facts that seemed to be the information connection needed to close the breach in the battle to see Sarah Palin being fully positioned in the place that the Lord has for her in our nation's government at this time. The two historical incidents involved a plan by Satan to remove any trace of Spirit-filled Christians in the New World (the North American continent) and to keep women from having a place of influence within the Church.

History of Ft. Caroline

Contrary to popular belief, the first European settlement in North America was not in Jamestown, VA, but in Florida. In 1564, a group of French Huguenots and noblemen settled in an area now known as St. John's River near modern-day Jacksonville, FL. Initially, the settlement was to be a commercial venture, but religious conflict in France broadened the goals. The growing persecution of the French Huguenots led their leader, Admiral Gaspard de Cogny to appeal to the crown for a city of refuge for these believers, who were, we now know, actually Spirit-filled believers.

The following year, after learning of the French expansion into the New World, King Philip II of Spain sent Admiral Pedro Menendez to dislodge the French. When Jean Ribault, the leader of the settlers, learned of the Spanish ships planning to invade the settlement, he and several other ships set out to attack the Spanish, but were scattered by a hurricane and beached far to the south. This left the fort unprotected from attack. Menendez and his men landed and attacked the colony. They massacred over 140 settlers. A few were able to escape and sail to France. Eventually Menendez caught up with the French sailors, including Ribault, and slaughtered them in the name of Catholicism. This location later became known as Matanzas (slaughter) because about 350 men were killed there- all except a few who converted to Catholicism rather than die a martyr's death.

Anne Hutchinson

Anne Hutchinson was a Godly Puritan woman in the early 17th century in New England. She was a brilliant woman who had a gift for teaching the Bible. She taught the Bible in her home to many who were eager to have her teach them. She actually dared to believe that God could speak directly to His people. She believed it was a blessing and not a curse to be a woman, and spoke out in favor of the doctrine of grace over the doctrine of works. Eventually, she was unfairly judged by male leaders of the Puritan church as a heretic and was eventually excommunicated from their midst. Although she is remembered as a brave woman who courageously stood up for what she believed in a male-dominated society, her influence within the Puritan church was cut short and the believers in New England endured many more years of religious traditions that were not compatible with the Word of God. Anne Hutchinson's story is a classic example of the enemy's efforts to silence women and keep them from taking their rightful places of leadership within both the church and in government.

Day One: Tallahassee, FL (October 8, 2008)

Intense warfare was waged on this day. It was a rainy day, and we went over an article exposing all of the fraudulent and deceptive actions of those who seek to put Barack Obama into the White House for their own selfish monetary and political gain. We warred in the spirit on the way into Tallahassee, and felt that we were to declare him to be a fraud that is to be disqualified from this race. While looking for a place to park near the capitol, one of our cars was involved in a minor accident. The car was hit trying to turn by a gay man in a car with and Obama sticker. He wouldn't speak to Dee, even when she tried to apologize. We saw this as a demonstration of forces who try to "shut up" the women. The fact that he was a homosexual also reminded us that we are warring to protect the sanctity of marriage in the state of Florida during this election, and throughout the entire nation, too. The whole situation was a sobering example of how Christians are being blindsided by the enemy at this particular time.

As we entered the 22nd floor of the state capital we were amazed by the fog that had rolled in and around Tallahassee. We felt that both the auto accident and the fog were prophetic pictures of the war we were in. The fog was a picture of the blinding and covering of the truth that is happening to the American people and even some Christians. We determined this to be a symbol of the occult divination being sent to America through the African witchcraft incantations, spells, rituals, etc. from the Kenyan tribe that Obama is from- and the resurgence of Omieri- the Python god.

We repented for the Americans, especially the Christians who have chased after other gods and not obeyed the words of the Lord, allowing them to become deceived by the divination.

We warred against this witchcraft and from this place- the high place of the nation, Ohio, represented by Lori, swung the sword and cut off the head of this snake that had come into our midst. We also crushed the eggs of this serpent so none of the offspring would overtake us or cause us to be blindsided. We crushed the eggs that represent evil plots to destroy our nation from within so they will not hatch.

We declared to the North the South, East and West that this fog of deception must lift, and for the people to be free to see and hear the Truth. From the high place of the nation we declared that Barack Obama is disqualified from leading our nation, that the truth be uncovered and his deceptions be exposed for all to see. (Ezekiel 16:37c) We also declared that just as the fog lifted to allow D-Day to proceed in World War II, so will this fog lift just in time for the nations to see. We declared that this was D-Day for the church- "Operation Overlord". Just as we released this word, we looked on the wall directly opposite from us and read the official copy of Eisenhower's commission to lead the allied forces in Operation Overlord. What a confirmation! We were in a hallway called the Freedom Shrine. In this hallway were the signed documents of our nation's history. We released "Declare liberty to the inhabitants and the freedom thereof." (Lev. 25:10)

We also released the right alignment to take place from the southern end of the Great Magnetic Field line all the way to the north. We also dealt with the evil coming out of the North. We dealt with the prophetic warnings of war coming to our land and felt it could be through the northern borders, perhaps by Russia, who wants the rights to the riches in the north and especially the Northwest Passage. We dealt with the woman issue in the church and in our culture that would seek to keep women from fully entering their destinies and their positions of leadership.

Michigan, represented by Cathy Braun, released the voice of the Lord over this magnetic ley line- that the voice of the Lord would thunder across the atmosphere, and the Jesus is Lord over this land-above, upon, and beneath.

Martha continued to make prophetic declarations over Florida, the Great Magnetic Line, and the nation, and called Sarah Palin into her destiny as a modern-day Esther and Deborah for our nation during this time of crisis. We all declared and proclaimed that America will not be destroyed - America's best days were yet ahead, and that God would answer our prayers and heal our land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)

Day 2: Ft. Caroline

On this day, the skies had cleared and we entered the national park on a beautiful sunny day. This was a picture of what it was like spiritually, as the warfare seemed to have been waged the day before, and today was a day to walk through in victory. Just as we arrived at the park, we received a call from Kim Roberts, a fellow intercessor for this assignment. She wanted to make sure we knew about the prophetic word that had been sent out from Kim Clement. We had not seen it yet, but when Lori checked her emails, we had a copy. We proceeded to read this amazing word on the very land where the massacre had taken place nearly 444 years ago! We also realized that we were here to do God's business for our nation on the Day of Atonement- here to atone for the deaths of innocent believers through the blood of our Savior, Jesus Christ!

The following is a portion of the word Kim Clement spoke:

This is the season for the children. The adults who have lost childhood have become corpses. Children bring life to corpses. I'm hearing Him say, "When a man, when a woman, when they lose childhood, they grow into corpses. This is a season where your children have been given a marvelous opportunity.

"I hear men speak about the races, and how this race and that community; that city. There will be no election of cities anymore. For what I have done in Florida and what I have done in all of the beautiful places that I have rested, they are now graveyards."

And God said, "This resurrection that is coming to My people will bring about a multiplication of great outpourings in every state in this Nation. For I will place in the White House, one that will call just by one word of prayer, and I shall come running. And it shall be said, 'can a woman bring to this Nation the Spirit of God from a political house of power?' Watch Me," says the Lord, "watch Me, says the Lord!"

We all responded emotionally to this prophetic word as we realized that the blood of these martyrs, especially the blood of innocent children, was crying out for justice on this day - the Day of Atonement. As we were standing at the base of the steps leading up to the Visitors Center, a park ranger approached us and asked us if we had come that day by accident. Martha answered and said that we had come, but not by accident! He welcomed us to this park, and proceeded to tell us that "the children are here" - a group of school children had come to visit and were going to assemble soon to see a demonstration of the French arcebus - a 16th century matchlock gun. We were so touched by this confirmation to word! We joined the demonstration by standing behind the children and interceded in the Spirit as we watched them learn about a defensive weapon.

We then walked down to an outlook by the water that appeared to be near a landing, perhaps near where the original landing was located. From this spot, we were able to prophesy, declare, decree, and proclaim all that the Holy Spirit led us to release. We asked for God to forgive the actions of members of the Catholic Church against those who represented the latest Restorational Move of God in that generation. They incorrectly assumed they were Lutherans because they did not believe in the infallibility of the Pope and they believed in justification by faith. We spoke to the dry bones and called for the bones to live! (Ezekiel 37) Martha commanded the flesh to come alive and do what they have been called to do. She called for the Christians in Florida to arise as the Forerunner State. She spoke to the four points (N, E, S,

W) of the earth. "Breathe the breath of Life into the state and nation, winds of God!" She called for the wind to blow the doors open and welcome this Spirit-filled woman into your midst!"

We bound the mocking spirit that rises up against Spirit-filled Christians; we bound and executed judgment against these forces that would try to silence true believers. We declared that we were treading the land and that the enemy must hear our footsteps all the way down through the earth. We declared, "Satan you are not the prince of the power of the air- you have to eat our dust. Obama, get out of this land- you are an uncircumcised foreigner, a fraud, and a disobedient, rebellious one."

We declared Ezekiel 44:4-8 and invited the Lord into our land to establish His sanctuary:

⁴Then He brought me by way of the north gate to the front of the house; and I looked, and behold, the glory of the Lord filled the house of the Lord, and I fell on my face. ⁵ The Lord said to me, "Son of man, mark well, see with your eyes and hear with your ears all that I say to you concerning all the statutes of the house of the Lord and concerning all its laws; and mark well the entrance of the house, with all exits of the sanctuary. ⁶ "You shall say to the rebellious ones, to the house of Israel, 'Thus says the Lord God, " Enough of all your abominations, O house of Israel, ⁷ when you brought in foreigners, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in My sanctuary to profane it, even My house, when you offered My food, the fat and the blood; for they made My covenant void - this in addition to all your abominations. ⁸ "And you have not kept charge of My holy things yourselves, but you have set foreigners to keep charge of My sanctuary."

No foreigners will keep charge of this nation!

After we left this place, we visited the Fort that was a model of the original Fort that was built by the French. There was a large gate that marked the entrance of this Fort that Martha said represented the gate to the nations. From this point, we released words concerning the nations- we opened the gate to receive the Lord's glory and shut it to evil schemes and people who have agendas to harm this nation. (Psalm 24:7) We shut the gate to Obama and shut the door of the presidency to him. We opened this door and this gate to Sarah Palin. (Isaiah 22:22) We also took note of the French Masonic symbol- the Fleur de Lis, so we dealt with the Masonic roots that have taken root in this nation from this spot.

We then proceeded to the Jean Ribault memorial, where he originally landed in 1562 and erected a stone monument. We felt that this was an entry point to Freemasonry, and the stone monument could very well have been an obelisk. We also noted the historical picture of the Indians worshipping at this stone column. An interesting part of this location was a map showing an illustration of the continent of Africa surrounded by 8 different demonic images blowing fierce winds. This reminded Martha of the dream someone had about a contraption with objects surrounding it. It also reminded us that the hurricane that came and created havoc with the French ships from Ft. Caroline was depicted as having been from the coast of Africa, which is where these hurricanes (fueled by demonic forces) originate, much like the witchcraft forces now being railed against this nation to promote Obama and his agenda. The objects from the dream may represent elements of the earth, such as silver, gold, and copper- riches from the earth. The dream stated that Martha exclaimed that the battle was from the North. This reminded us of our sensing that Russia would try to invade North America to gain control over oil and other resources located in Alaska and the areas surrounding the Northwest Passage. We prayed about all of these issues as we stood on this bluff overlooking the plains where these Frenchmen most likely landed- in search of gold and silver. We anointed the monument and prayed as we looked out. Dee Briggs read from Psalm 46 as we laid hands upon this monument. After we prayed, we started to notice several buzzards circling over the field. We then watched as they landed on a dead tree. I (Lori) happened to notice that one "buzzard" was not a vulture, but a bald eagle - watching over two buzzards perched on two lower branches! The eagle did not leave his post - but kept his watch firmly on these buzzards. What a prophetic picture for us to see!

These two days were amazing. We were all filled with awe at the confirmations the Lord brought to us to let us know we were on track, and for allowing us to co-labor with Him by speaking His word into the earthly realm at these strategic locations at this critical time in our nation's history.

St Augustine/Jacksonville – Oct 8-10, 2008

Martha’s background information for the trip to St. Augustine / Jacksonville, FL

While in Washington D.C. at the value voters summit I received a call from a friend in California names Nettie Storms, and as I listened to her story I felt the Lord was prompting me to do something about this. Not really sure, but kept thinking about it. Well she suggested I get the book America’s Hidden History by Kenneth C.Davis which I did a couple days later. Then the amazing meeting with a team of FOUR in which things came together in quite an astonishing way (which is hard to put in words – one of those things you needed to be there). I have included some of the emails as a result of all this in the following report.

By the way I am aware lots has been done concerning the slaughter of the Huguenots, so I spoke with Diane Buker who has been the leader of prayer in Florida for several years and she says this is another issue, so she is in agreement of us needing to do this.

I will now try and recount some of the book and the reason I feel we should deal with this.

Ft. Caroline and the French Huguenots

Spotlighting the Spanish conquest of Florida long before Jamestown and Plymouth were settled.

The eight hundred pound gorilla sitting squarely in the center of this story is religion, or more precisely, centuries of blood shed over beliefs. What ultimately ties all of these stories together is one of history’s pivotal themes – getting and keeping power.

Remembering the date Oct 1517 – Luther’s protestant reformation started in Whittenburg, Germany

In 1564 – French Huguenots establish Fort Caroline near the St. Johns River in Florida.

Admiral Menendez placed a sign reading, “I do this, not as to Frenchmen, but as to Lutherans.” Renaming the captured French settlement San Mateo (St. Matthew) and its river San Juan (St. John), Menendez later reported to Spain’s King Philip II that he had taken care of the “Evil Lutheran Sect.”---------“The greatest victory which I feel for this event is the victory which Our Lord has given us so that his Holy Gospel may be planted and preached in these parts.” “The fire and desire he has to serve our Lord in throwing down and destroying this Lutheran sect, enemy of our Holy Catholic faith, does not allow him to feel weary in his work. Victims of the POLITICAL and RELIGIOUS wars raging across Europe, the ill-fated inhabitants of Fort Caroline were not Lutherans at all. For the most part they were Huguenots, French Protestants who followed the teachings of John Calvin, the French born Protestant Theologian.

1565 St. Augustine, Florida founded.

This is the year of the Fort Caroline massacre. If you count the year 1565 as the first year it is 444 years since this massacre.

Guided by Timucuan tribesman, the Spanish assault force had spent two difficult days negotiating the treacherous 38 mile trek from St Augustine. His objective was the French settlement of Ft Caroline, France’s first foothold in the Americas, located bear present day Jacksonville, on what the French called the River of May. They were France’s first colonists in the New World – and the true first pilgrims in America. Attacking before dawn on Sept. 20, 1565.

Those who escaped death had either professed to be Catholic, hastily agreed to convert, or possessed some skills that Adm. Menendez thought might be useful in settling St. Augustine – the first permanent European settlement in the future United States, born and baptized in a religions bloodbath.

A generation of battle-tested Spanish soldiers, many with little hope of inheriting wealth or titles, had seen that there was a new path to POWER in Isabella and Ferdinand’s Spain. Glory, gold, titles, and property flowed from service to crown and Church. Armed with the latest weapons of war and the conviction that heathens could be converted or killed, the new breed of Spanish warriors were no longer the courtly knights of medieval romances. They became the conquistadors who laid waste to the Caribbean islands and Americas.

Anne Hutchinson’s Story

(then we have the woman issue) “Mrs. Hutchinson, you are called here as one of those that have troubled the peace of the commonwealth and the churches here; you have spoken divers things as we have been informed very prejudicial to the honour of the churches and ministers thereof, and you have maintained a meeting and an assembly in your house that hath been condemned by the general assembly as a thing not tolerable nor comely in the sight of God nor fitting for your sex.” Governor John Winthrop during the trial of Anne Hutchinson 1643.

She was accused of believing you could hear from God directly ----God’s will was revealed through a careful literal reading of the Bible. She also gave a prophesy during the trial ------The record of her trial, if it proper to dignify the procedure with that name, is one of the few documents in which her words are recorded, and reveals a proud, brilliant woman put down by men who judged her in advance. She was banished from Boston. “Harvard existed because of Hutchinson, as Harvard’s own Peter Gomes wrote, “Mrs. Hutchinson was the mother of New England’s first and most serious theological schism….; in debate she bested the best of the Massachusetts Bay Colony’s male preachers, theologians, and magistrates; and …..as a result of her heresy the colony determined to provide for the education of a new generation of ministers and theologians who would secure New England’s civil and theological peace from future seditious Mrs. Hutchinsons.” When her family was killed by Indians the Puritan fathers in Boston said “Thus it has pleased the Lord to have compassion of his poor churches here, and to discover this great imposter, an instrument of Satan so fitted and trained to his service for interrupting the passage (of his) kingdom in this part of the world, and poisoning the churches here.”

It is very clear from this recorded history that Spirit filled Christians were not going to be allowed in this nation as a foundation of the New America. Also that women were going to be silenced and given no place in the church or the government.

Somehow this connects to this assignment – this is an email I (Martha) received the day before going to Ft. Knox. It records a dream concerning silver, but I now see this somehow connecting to this assignment in St. Augustine also.

I believe the silver reflects what we are about to do at Ft. Knox. We are going after what belongs to the Lord which is everything, but the gold is His, the Silver is His – the World and THEY who live in it. I am with you Jeff and Maggie and let’s connect the lines across the earth that God has anointed us to go thru the gates of brass and bars of iron and find out that He has given us the hidden riches in secret places and the Treasures of darkness. (treasures of idolatrous kings) We are in blood covenant with the God who ownes it all and we are joint heirs with Him therefore it belongs to us for His Kingdom Sake.

My (Martha’s) conversation with my friend from California that started us down this road. Her email to me.

So good to talk to you on the phone. As you know I have done some digging in the last few years in terms of discovering more about French Huguenot history. As it so happens, I think my recent prayer journey to the Netherlands was also related to that history as many Huguenots fled to the Netherlands for protection and the Pilgrims arrived there in 1608. These two communities lived in Leiden along with Moravians and Anabaptists. The interesting thing is that each of these groups was a revival movement with the Huguenots and Moravians being very charismatic Spirit filled movements with healings and the prophetic operating among them. Anyway one evening I saw a book reviewed on TV and felt I should get a copy of it - the name is America's Hidden History: Untold Tales of the First Pilgrims, Fighting Women, and Forgotten Founders Who Shaped a Nation by Kenneth C. Davis. You can buy this in any bookstore - I bought it at Borders.

Chapter 1 begins with a vivid description of the destruction of the French Huguenot colony at Ft. Caroline on the St. John's River in Florida. This attack occurred on Sept 20, 1565. After returning from Europe and the nomination of Sarah Palin as running mate to McCain, I saw clearly that this piece of history needs to be dealt with in some prophetic manner by high level intercessors before the election.

Clearly, Isabella and the Spaniards represent the spirit of the Queen of Heaven which was out to quash this Spirit-filled community of believers who had made the dangerous voyage to American to establish a believing community in the new world. They were the first European community preceding the British and Spanish - meaning that the roots of America really lie with the Spirit-filled community. I think this act of violence and spirit of the Queen of heaven has to be dealt with in the Spirit because we now stand as a nation at the doorway of electing a

Spirit--filled VP.

Chapter 2 deals with the history of the Pilgrims - even some of those on the Mayflower were Huguenots and the first ship to arrive in America after the Mayflower was filled with Huguenots. In this chapter he shows how Sarah Hutchinson was a really inspired speaker who was a good teacher and theologian. He suggests that she was a threat to the male leadership and therefore was excommunicated. He tells how she was placed in New York and was attacked by Indians there. Anyway, on reflection I felt that some prophetic type action with identification repentance is important - this would be gender reconciliation. As both of these incidents are at the roots of America dealing with them is critical. I feel strongly if these two opening chapters are not dealt with then we might elect a Spirit-filled woman who might experience so much rejection that it will debilitate her and keep her from functioning in her Esther role for the nation. By reading the book you will get more clarity and understanding.

Even though the Spaniards called the Huguenots - Calvinist or Lutherans, they were in reality a spirit filled movement. Booklets that I got at a Huguenot Museum in the Cevennes indicates that they were a Spirit filled movement with speaking in tongues, it talks about children prophesying in the streets, and about people having mystical and ecstatic experiences such visions, trances, dreams. All of these phenomenons are associated with the Spirit filled life. They were a very praise and worship community and I saw various small books of Psalms they would smuggle under their hats when going out to the worship service in the field or cave. The picture I get is that they were a Spirit filled, prophetic and worshipping community. I have a small book I could copy and send you.

Yes, Sarah Palin belongs to the Assemblies of God and I am sure is Spirit filled that why the liberal left has come out with some scorching and derogatory (deceptive and untrue) attacks on her.

It's really hard to get good historical data on the Huguenots since they were exterminated and much of the historical records lost (it seems to me that this is a term that was used loosely for anyone who was French who was not a Catholic - where they stood theologically is hard to determine.)

My thoughts at this point are that if you can gather a few intercessors there at a set time and if I can gather a few intercessors here at the same time and we pray and prophesy over breaking the spirits that killed a Spirit filled movement at the founding of the nation as well as breaking the spirits assigned to destroy Sarah and her family including hatred against anything of the Spirit and the woman issue. If Jo Anne can’t come, then we’ll trust God for the right people to be there. As soon as you have something definitely on the board let me know. There is one strong intercessor here who is a direct Huguenot descendent – I’m thinking that a day or a day and a half event might be enough.

There are many magazine articles, newspaper articles, Hollywood artists, news media that are - simply put mocking God by their offensive picture of Sarah Palin as a babbling idiot. Consider the one in the Washington Post on 9-9-08 which is completely spitting in the face of God. I have picked up several articles which verify this and all you need to do is turn on your TV and you will see this is true,

I think God has put us on the track of the two spirits that are trying to knock Sarah Palin off course. The spirit of Religion and silencing the voice – especially of women that wants nothing to do with the Holy Spirit filled – manifested life of miracles, manifestation of talking in tongues, serving God with all your heart – believing God wants this nation of America to be a sheep nation. Satan has pulled out all his stops and we need to do the same.

Thanks for your work and also the prophetic insights God is giving you in interpreting the historical events. I am on my way to a retreat to speak but when I get home I'll compile some other data that may be helpful to you. I am especially excited by the insight that it is 444 years. When we arrived in Paris on Aug 24,2003, it was exactly 440 years from the original onslaught of 3000 Huguenots that triggered the systematic persecution and extermination of this Spirit filled movement. It was interesting to me that when we came into Amsterdam this August it was exactly 400 years from the time that the original Puritans were welcomed there in 1608 and many Huguenots were sheltered there and from there went to the nations (especially settling S. Africa and the USA). Blessings as God gives you insight about how to address these issues there.

Maggie had a dream early this AM re Martha had a contraption similar to a Science revolving planets stand only larger: Each silver arm attached to stand had silver symbols: It whirled around very fast then stopped. All aligned up to form silver corner with letter N on top. Martha said <I knew it the battle is in the North!

Tried to go thru an open doorway but the contraption was in doorway; I tried to carefully move

each delicate silver arm out of way but only Martha could move it:

Scripture about having strength to turn back enemy at gate came to mind: Found gate little to North of us on map Gate of Healing Oil: also found verses in IS 28 re spiritual blindness; error in vision; not having sound judgment; and no place is clean seems to reflect what we see here includes much chaos: We will make declarations at gate opposite of above

This is a summary of our D.C. meeting Monday evening (9/15), that Lori and I had with Martha and Charles, there were 4 of us. (The 9/22 meeting that is being planned in D.C. certainly seems to be related to the revelation that came out of our 9/15 meeting.)

We have all been seeing a series of 4's. Last week I again saw 4's and I heard the Lord say, "you will understand next week". I hadn't read any prophetic words or anything about 4's. (When we talked about the 4's, we talked about a word had been released about 4's, and Ezekiel 44:4) So we were all trying to find this word and hadn't been able to get it until now. Charles set sent it to us.

Normally when I see 4's I sense it means the entire earth and it means something urgent.

When I arrived in D.C. Monday afternoon 9/15, Lori and Martha had discovered that the Huguenots (Spirit filled) Christians had arrived 444 years ago in Florida at St. Augustine area, and September, 2009 will mark 444 years ago that they were slaughtered by the Spanish at the orders of the Spanish king. He only wanted Catholics in America, no Spirit filled Christians.

The other interesting thing is that Lori and I then went to Baltimore, Maryland, (Mary---land) yesterday (9/18) to the first Catholic church in America. It is located in downtown. It is called a minor Basilica and as the nation was being established, most of the Catholic leadership was being sent out from this location. (It didn't seem very dark; we think others have been there to pray.)

We broke any ties to Florida, and any influence over the election of a Spirit filled Vice President. Martha is going to have a prayer initiative October 8-10 in the St. Augustine area of Florida. Lori and I are going with her; we arrive in Florida on the 7th.

Martha is preparing a report about the meeting of 9/15, so I hope this helps all of us stay on the same page. Also Martha had a very anointed word for Charles, to decree over D.C. for the 44 days leading up to the election. This 44 days will begin on 9/22 when you have the meeting in D.C.

September 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 = 9 days in September

October = 31 days

Thru November 4 = 4 days, for a total of 44 days

in the name of the Risen King. I wanted to write you after I received this email. This past Monday I was in a meeting with three intercessors from around the nation (without going into extended details of the meeting) what came out of it were two significant revelations- 1. The significance of the number 4. The HOLY SPIRIT has been speaking to me about this number for several years and has made it clear whenever I see this number and specifically groups of fours HE is involved. He confirmed this with me multiple times in the 2004 and various times since then. 2. Also we are focusing starting 44 days from Nov 4 to declare and decree what will and will not occur in this election. The intercessors felt the HOLY SPIRIT prompting me to be the spear head of the decrees and declarations.

Just a quick note. I had a waking dream about you this morning, Sept. 19th. It was part of a "run on" dream and this segment pertained to you.

In the dream you were emphatically telling me that you had (as in, must) to go to Erie (Pa.) and that, you'd just have to go, even if you have to charge the trip, and even though your account balance was in excess of $15,000. because, you said, "My God will supply all my needs..." You proceeded to make the arrangements.

End of that segment.

I woke up with an urgency that I had to share the dream, and have no idea other than the obvious - there is something specifically the Lord wants you to do in Erie, in addition to what you have already done; I see some connection between what happened on Lake Erie during a battle with England. And that the Lord wants you to just keep going and doing all he calls you to do, regardless of the cost or how it gets paid for, because He will "pay the bills."

Father, show Martha more specifically what it is that you have for her to finish in Erie, what connections she need to see in relation to other aspects of this country and England. Lord, You are her supplier, supply all her needs according to your word. Father, fill her storehouse, fill her jars and pots and every manner of vessel. Lord, fill her vats. And touch her body to be strong beyond her natural abilities. Renew her strength according to your word to those who wait (serve and seek) on you. In Jesus name, Amen.

The Battle of Lake Erie took place out in the waters by Put-in-Bay, Ohio. There is a large monument on Put in Bay dedicate to Oliver Hazard Perry. He is famous for saying "Don't Give Up the Ship!" And the original flag saying this is displayed at the Naval Academy in Bancroft Hall. I don't know if any of this sheds more light on what the dream means.

Dutch was traveling to Texas on Friday, and when he landed in the airport, his wife called and told him to get to the TV asap. He watched McCain introduce Governor Palin, and said he began to weep, even though he knew nothing about her. (I experienced the very same thing and we have had reports of many others including Newt Gingrich).

He asked what the significance of this 44-year-old woman was, and he saw the clock said 4:44. He asked the Lord what that was, and the Lord said, “Ezekiel 44:4.” “He brought me by way of the north gate to the front of the temple; so I looked, and behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house of the LORD; and I fell on my face. NKJV North gate representing Alaska.

A few years ago Dutch and Chuck Pierce went on a 50-state tour prophesying over the state their part in God’s purposes for the U.S. At the meeting in Texas that evening Dutch was relaying his experience about the Governor to Chuck, who said, “Do you remember what the word was the Lord gave us for Alaska?” The Lord had shown them that Alaska is the alpha and omega state. It is the place where things begin and end.

You may realize that some of the Alaskan islands are on the other side of the Dateline, meaning that the day begins and ends in Alaska. The Lord said that Alaska is a gateway for the Ancient of Days to come into the nation. The Lord told Dutch (back in Alaska) to tell the people of Alaska to look forward into their destiny. Alaska has an assignment to open doors and a place where prophets and intercessors were trained.

Fort Caroline National Memorial

on the St. John's River near Jacksonville, Florida. First European settlement on the North American mainland, 1564 AD. Pictures, links, and a few comments about this fascinating, almost forgotten pearl of history.

So thorough was the Spanish conquest of the New World in the 1500's that challenges to their dominance is not common knowledge to this day. The Spanish Conquest of the Aztec and Incan civilizations and the subsequent erasure of their history and culture are well documented. Few know, however, that in the 1500's, the Spanish took time out of their busy schedule of plunder and enslavement to utterly crush a French attempt at establishing a beachhead on the southern Atlantic coast of North America.

Fort Caroline National Memorial commemorates the establishment in 1564 of the French settlement of La Caroline, which was to be an experimental outpost where the Huguenots (French Protestants) would be granted religious tolerance. Two years earlier, French explorer Jean Ribault had placed a stone column on a bluff nearby bearing the official seals of Charles IX. Ribault claimed everything in sight for France.

When Philip II of Spain learned that Ribault was reinforcing the colony with troops and much-needed provisions, he (King Philip) dispatched Admiral Pedro Menendez de Avilés to "remind" the French that Spain had laid claim to Florida, even though they really hadn't quite felt the urgency to occupy or settle it. Menendez set up shop in 1565 at Saint Augustine, 32 miles to the south. Ribault responded by gathering all his forces and sailing against Menendez. An unexpected hurricane (they were all unexpected in those days) scattered and wrecked the French ships all up and down the beaches of present-day Saint John's and Flagler Counties. Knowing that La Caroline was undefended, Menendez captured the village on September 20, 1565 and killed 140 defenders. 60 women and children were taken prisoner, 40 or 50 others escaped via ship to France. The Spanish troops then marched south down the beach and killed or captured the shipwrecked French. The survivors were rounded up and taken to the inlet of a river south of Saint Augustine, where the Spanish hacked 350 of them to death with swords.

That river came to be known as Matanzas (slaughter). France avenged the killings in 1568 by slaughtering the Spanish troops garrisoned at La Caroline, which the Spanish had renamed San Mateo. But the die was cast, the French gave up their attempt to colonize the American southeast, and La Caroline was never reoccupied by anyone. Eventually the shifting sands and water of the Saint John's obscured the original site.

Were it not for sixteenth-century Spanish attention to detail with regard to butchering the opposition, Fort Caroline might be as well known to the average American as Jamestown, Plymouth, or Saint Augustine.

Today Fort Caroline stands resolute in the face of her latest invader: suburbia. A bluff nearby tells the story. Completely bulldozed, stripped of century-old live oaks, it is a sad moonscape of vinyl and stucco. Compare and contrast it to the nearby Timucuan preserve, an ever changing symphony of tides and sawgrass, where osprey and egrets soar above porpoise that swim up to greet the fishermen that they compete with for tasty fish. All of this natural beauty is set against the backdrop of a pivotal place in American history. Please go see it.
