II. The Shriners
The Fez is a red hat worn by Shriners. Fez was a city over run by Muslims hordes shouting, “There is no god but Allah, and Mohammed his prophet.” 50,000 Christians were butchered because of their faith in Christ. The Muslims dipped their caps in the blood of the dead Christians as a testimony to Allah. That is why the red cap is known as a Fez. It is a badge of honor. Every Shrine must bow in worship to Allah and proclaim him, “God of my fathers,” during the initiation ceremony. Then he is given his red cap. Yet, Muslims believe Allah is not one of many gods, he is God.

1. Sins of the Fathers and Curses
Sins: witchcraft, occult, idolatry, rebellion, disobedience, blasphemy, lying, sexual immorality. Curses: deception, confusion, fear, paranoia, physical infirmities, premature death.
2. Ungodly Beliefs: hopelessness, trapped, fear, performance orientation, false responsibility
3. Soul/Spirit Hurts: abandonment, rejection, isolation, loneliness, abuse
4. Demonic Oppressions: all of the above and more.

Prayer of Release for Masons and Their Descendants
(If you or someone you love is a descendant of a Mason, I recommend that you pray through the following prayer from your heart. It is best to pray this aloud with a Christian witness or counselor present.)
Father God, creator of heaven and earth, I come to You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. I come as a sinner seeking forgiveness and cleansing from all sins committed against You, and others made in Your image. I honor my earthly father and mother and all of my ancestors of flesh and blood, and of the spirit by adoption and godparents, but I utterly turn away from and renounce all their sins. I forgive all my ancestors for the effects of their sins on me and my children. I confess and renounce all of my own sins. I renounce and rebuke Satan and every spiritual power of his affecting me and my family.
I renounce and forsake all involvement in Freemasonry or any other lodge or craft by my ancestors and myself. I renounce witchcraft, the principal spirit behind Freemasonry, and I renounce Baphomet, the Spirit of Antichrist and the curse of the Luciferian doctrine. I renounce the idolatry, blasphemy, secrecy and deception of Masonry at every level. I specifically renounce the insecurity, the love of position and power, the love of money, avarice or greed, and the pride which would have led my ancestors into Masonry. I renounce all the fears which held them in Masonry, especially the fears of death, fears of men, and fears of trusting, in the name of Jesus Christ.
I renounce every position held in the lodge by any of my ancestors, including “Tyler,” “Master,” “Worshipful Master,” or any other. I renounce the calling of any man “Master,” for Jesus Christ is my only master and Lord, and He forbids anyone else having that title. I renounce the entrapping of others into Masonry, and observing the helplessness of others during the rituals. I renounce the effects of Masonry passed on to me through any female ancestor who felt distrusted and rejected by her husband as he entered and attended any lodge and refused to tell her of his secret activities.
lst Degree
I renounce the oaths taken and the curses involved in the First or Entered Apprentice degree, especially their effects on the throat and tongue. I renounce the Hoodwink, the blindfold, and its effects on the emotions and eyes, including all confusion, fear of the dark, fear of the light, and fear of sudden noises. I renounce the secret work, BOAZ, and all it means. I renounce the mixing and mingling of truth and error, and the blasphemy of this degree of Masonry. I renounce the noose around the neck, the fear of choking and also every spirit causing asthma, hay fever, emphysema or any other breathing difficulty. I renounce the compass point, sword or spear held against the breast, the fear of death by stabbing pain, and the fear of heart attack from this degree. In the name of Jesus Christ I now pray for healing of...(throat, vocal cord, nasal passages, sinus, bronchial tubes, etc.), for healing of the speech area, and the release of the Word of God to me and through me and my family.
2nd Degree
I renounce the oaths taken and the curses involved in the second or Fellow Craft degree of Masonry, especially the curses on the heart and chest. I renounce the secret words JACHIN and SHIBBOLETH and all that these mean. I cut off emotional hardness, apathy, indifference, unbelief, and deep anger from me and my family. In the name of Jesus’ Christ I pray for the healing of.(the chest/lung/heart area) and also for the healing of my emotions, and ask to be made sensitive to the Holy Spirit of God.
3rd Degree
I renounce the oaths taken and the curses involved in the third or Master Mason degree, especially the curses on the stomach and womb area. I renounce the secret words MAHA BONE, MACHABEN, MACHBINNA and TUBAL CAIN, an all that they mean. I renounce the Spirit of Death from the blows to the head enacted as ritual murder, the fear of death, false martyrdom, fear of violent gang attack, assault, or rape, and the helplessness of this degree. I renounce the falling into the coffin or stretcher involved in the ritual of murder. I renounce the false resurrection of this degree, because only Jesus Christ is the Resurrection and the Life! I also renounce the blasphemous kissing of the Bible on a Witchcraft oath. I cut off all spirits of death, witchcraft and deception and in the name of Jesus Christ I pray for the healing of...(the stomach, gall bladder, pancreas, womb, liver, and any other organs of my body affected by Masonry), and I ask for a release of compassion and understanding for me and my family.
Holy Royal Arch Degree
I renounce and forsake the oaths taken and the curses involved in the Holy Royal Arch Degree of Masonry, especially the oath regarding the removal of the head from the body and the exposing of the brains to the hot sun. I renounce the Mark Lodge, and the mark in the form of squares and angles which marks the person for life. I also reject the jewel or talisman which may have been made from this mark sign and worn at lodge meetings. I renounce the false secret name of God, JAHBULON, and the password, AMMIRUHAMAH and all they mean. I renounce the false communion or Eucharist taken in this degree, and all the mockery, skepticism and unbelief about the redemptive work of Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary. I cut off all these curses and their effects on me and my family in the name of Jesus Christ, and I pray for...(healing of the brain, the mind etc.)
18th Degree
I renounce the oaths taken and the curses involved in the eighteenth degree of Masonry, the Most Wise Sovereign Knight of the Pelican and the Eagle and Sovereign Prince Rose Croix of Heredom. I renounce and reject the Pelican witchcraft spirit, as well as the occultic influence of the Rosicrucians and the Kabbala in this degree. I renounce the claim that the death of Jesus Christ was a “dire calamity,” and also the deliberate mockery and twisting of the Christian doctrine of the Atonement. I renounce the blasphemy and rejection of the deity of Jesus Christ, and the secret words IGNE NA TURA RENOV A TUR INTEGRA and it’s burning. I renounce the mockery of the communion taken in this degree, including a biscuit, salt and white wine.
30th Degree
I renounce the oaths taken and the curses involved in the thirtieth degree of Masonry, the Grand Knight Kadosh and Knight of the Black and White Eagle. I renounce the password, “STIBIUM ALKABAR,” and all it means.
31st Degree
I renounce the oaths taken and the curses involved in the thirty-first degree of Masonry, the Grand Inspector Inquisitor Commander. I renounce all the gods and goddesses of Egypt which are honored in this degree, including Anubis with the ram’s head, Osiris the Sun god, Isis the sister and wife of Osiris and also the moon goddess. I renounce the Soul of Cheres, the false symbol of immortality, the Chamber of the dead and the false teaching of reincarnation.
32nd Degree
I renounce the oaths taken and the curses involved in the thirty-second degree of Masonry, the Sublime Prince of the Royal Secret. I renounce Masonry’s false trinitarian deity AUM, and its parts; Brahma the creator, Vishnu the preserver and Shiva the destroyer. I renounce the deity of AHURA-MAZDA, the claimed spirit or source of all light, and the worship with fire, which is an abomination to God, and drinking from a human skull in some Rites.
York Rite
I renounce the oaths taken and the curses involved in the York Rite of Freemasonry, including Mark Master, Past Master, Most Excellent Master, Royal Master, Select Master, Super Excellent Master, the Orders of the Red Cross, the Knights of Malta, and the Knights Templar degrees. I renounce the secret words of JOPPA, KEB RAIOTH, and MAHER-SHALAL-HASH-BAZ. I renounce the vows taken on a human skull the crossed swords, and the curse and death wish of Judas of having the head cut off and placed on top of a church spire. I renounce the unholy communion and especially of drinking from a human skull in some Rites.
Shriners (America only -- doesn’t apply in other countries)
I renounce the oaths taken and the curses and penalties involved in the ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine. I renounce the piercing of the eyeballs with a three-edged blade, the flaying of the feet, the madness, and the worship of the false god Allah as the god of our fathers. I renounce the hoodwink, the mock hanging, the mock beheading, the mock drinking of the blood of the victim, the mock dog urinating on the initiate, and the offering of urine as a commemoration.
33rd Degree
I renounce the oaths taken and the curses involved in the thirty-third degree of Masonry, the Grand Sovereign Inspector General. I renounce and forsake the declaration that Lucifer is God. I renounce the cable-tow around the neck. I renounce the death wish that the wine drunk from a human skull should turn to poison and the skeleton whose cold arms are invited if the oath of this degree is violated. I renounce the three infamous assassins of their grand master, law, property and religion, and the greed and witchcraft involved in the attempt to manipulate and control the rest of mankind.
All Other Degrees
I renounce all the other oaths taken, the rituals of every other degree and the curses involved. I renounce all other lodges and secret societies such as Prince Hall Freemasonry, Mormonism, The Order of Amaranth, Odd Fellows, Buffalos, Druids, Foresters, Orange, Elks, Moose and Eagles Lodges, the Ku Klux Klan, The Grange, the Woodmen of the World, Riders of the Red Robe, the Knights of Pythias, the Mystic Order of the Veiled Prophets of the Enchanted Realm, the women’s Orders of the Eastern Star, and of the White Shrine of Jerusalem, the girls’ order of the Daughters of the Eastern Star, the International Orders of Job’s Daughters, and of the Rainbow, and the boys’ Order of De Molay, and their effects on me and all my family.
I renounce the ancient pagan teaching and symbolism of the First Tracing Board, the Second Tracing Board and the Third Tracing Board used in the ritual of the Blue Lodge. I renounce the pagan ritual of the “Point within a Circle’ with all its bondages and phallus worship. I renounce the occultic mysticism of the black and white mosaic chequered floor with the tessellated boarder and five-pointed blazing star.
I renounce the symbol ‘G’ and its veiled pagan symbolism and bondages. I renounce and utterly forsake the Great Architect of The Universe, who is revealed in the higher degrees as Lucifer, and his false claim to be the universal fatherhood of God. I also renounce the false claim that Lucifer is the Morning Star and Shining One and I declare that Jesus Christ is the Bright and Morning Star of Revelation 22:16.
I renounce the All-Seeing Third Eye of Freemasonry or Horus in the forehead and its pagan and occult symbolism. I renounce all false communions taken, all mockery of the redemptive work of Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary, all unbelief, confusion and depression, and all worship of Lucifer as God. I renounce and forsake the lie of Freemasonry that man is not sinful, but just imperfect, and so can redeem himself through good works. I rejoice that the Bible states that I cannot do a single thing to earn my salvation, but that I can only be saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ and what He accomplished on the Cross of Calvary.
I renounce all fear of insanity, anguish, death wishes, suicide and death in the name of Jesus Christ. Death was conquered by Jesus Christ, and He alone holds the keys of death and hell, and I rejoice that He holds my life in His hands now. He came to give me life abundantly and eternally, and I believe His promises.
I renounce all anger, hatred, murderous thoughts, revenge, retaliation, spiritual apathy, false religion, all unbelief, especially unbelief in the Holy Bible as God’s Word, and all compromise of God’s Word. I renounce all spiritual searching into false religions, and all striving to please God. I rest in the knowledge that I have found my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and that He has found me.
I will burn all objects in my possession which connect me with all lodges and occultic organizations, including Masonry, Witchcraft and Mormonism, and all regalia, aprons, books of rituals, rings and other jewelry. I renounce the effects these or other objects of Masonry, such as the compass, the square, the noose or the blindfold, have had on me or my family, in Jesus Name.
(All participants should now be invited to sincerely carry out the following:)
(1) Symbolically remove the blindfold (hoodwink) and give it to the Lord for disposal;
(2) In the same way, symbolically remove the veil of mourning;
(3) Symbolically cut and remove the noose from around the neck, gather it up with the cable-tow running down the body and give it all to the Lord for His disposal;
(4) Renounce the false Freemasonry marriage covenant, removing from the 4th finger of the right hand the ring of this false marriage covenant, giving it to the Lord to dispose of it;
(5) Symbolically remove the chains and bondages of Freemasonry from your body;
(6) Symbolically remove all Freemasonry regalia and armor, especially the Apron;
(7) Repent of and seek forgiveness for having walked on all unholy ground, including Freemasonry lodges and temples, any Mormon or other occultic Masonic organizations. (Shriners Hospital)
(8) Symbolically remove the ball and chain from the ankle.
(9) Proclaim that Satan and his demons no longer have any legal rights to mislead and manipulate me. (or the person(s) seeking help.)
Holy Spirit, I ask that You show me anything else which I need to do or to pray so that I and my family may be totally free from the consequences of the sins of Masonry, Witchcraft, Mormonism and Paganism.
(Pause, while listening to God, and pray as the Holy Spirit leads you.)
In conclusion, pray following prayer:
Now dear Father God, I ask humbly for the blood of Jesus Christ, Your Son, to cleanse me from all these sins I have confessed and renounced, to cleanse my spirit, my soul, my mind, my emotions and every part of my body which has been affected by these sins, in Jesus’ name!
I renounce every evil spirit associated with Masonry and Witchcraft and all other sins, and I command in the name of Jesus Christ for Satan and every evil spirit to be bound and to leave me now, touching or harming no one, and go to the place appointed for you by the Lord Jesus, never to return to me or my family. I call on the name of the Lord Jesus to be delivered of these spirits, in accordance with the many promises of the Bible. I ask to be delivered of every spirit of sickness, infirmity, curse, affliction, addiction, disease or allergy associated with these sins I have confessed and renounced.
I surrender to God’s Holy Spirit and to no other spirit all the places in my life where these sins have been. I ask You, Lord, to baptize me in Your Holy Spirit now according to the promises in Your Word. I take to myself the whole armor of God in accordance with Ephesians Chapter Six, and rejoice in its protection as Jesus surrounds me and fills me with His Holy Spirit. I enthrone You, Lord Jesus, in my heart, for You are my Lord and my Savior, the source of eternal life. Thank You, Father God, for Your mercy, Your forgiveness and Your love, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!

From acquaintance with a large number of Christians who have been released from the dominant spirits of Freemasonry over recent years, a clear pattern of demonic activity has emerged. The results have been the same, whether the Ministry Receiver has been a lodge member, or is the descendant of a member. The following demonic powers need to be dealt with after personal or family Freemason vows and curses have been specifically renounced (in addition to the general renunciation of all Satan’s bondages and dominations):
a. The spirit of Freemasonry and the curse of the Luciferian doctrine.
b. A spirit, or spirits of Anti-Christ.
c. A spirit of idolatry.
d. Spirits of witchcraft and occultism--In severe cases, a spirit of poltergeist may be troublesome
e. Spirits of mockery.
f. The ‘all seeing third eye’ in the forehead (an Illuminati symbol) may manifest if there has been heavy family involvement.
g. A spirit of mental confusion
h. A spirit of spiritual apathy.
I. A spirit of emotional hardness.
j. Spirits of deception, self-deception, doubt, unbelief, skepticism.
k. Spirits of infirmities, sicknesses, and allergies (a most frequent manifestation).
Where family membership has been handed down for a long time, and there has been special dedication to the lodge spirits may cause special destruction in health or financial matters.

I destroy the curse of continual hard labor.
I renounce the curse of losing personal favor in any area of my life and my children’s lives because of Freemasonry blood oaths.
I renounce Freemasonry elitism; and all feelings of rejection and not belonging because of Freemasonry elitism.
I renounce the curse of exile from home, country, job and family because of elitism.
I renounce the takeover spirit off of employment and any takeover of finances or wrongful loss of position in the House of God through a Masonic curse and the pain and humiliation from that loss.
I renounce every curse of humiliation over my household through oaths and rituals.
I renounce the power of the statement that “I am helpless, ignorant, blind, naked and give away my freedom, manhood and conscience”.
I destroy every curse of nakedness, vulnerability and “no covering”.
And declare I am clothed and covered in Christ. (Is. 61:10, Rev. 19:8)
I renounce and Break the Shriner’s philosophy to “have fun”.
And there will be no more curses in Jesus’ Name.
The God of Winter
I renounce the god of Winter, coldness and lack of warmth.
I renounce the spirit of winter
I renounce all alliance with Typhon and the resultant fracturing and shattering of ones health, life, relationships, personality, soul, finances and every area of life.
I renounce all dismemberment off my life. Declare that my family is totally coming out of the grip of the god of winter.
Financial Problems
I renounce and break the curse of financial destruction that comes with Freemasonry’s ring and gods.
I loose my finances out of continually going backwards and break through into the blessings of God. (Deut 28)
I renounce the oath “to pluck with violence” over my finances and inheritance in Christ and my spiritual life.
I destroy all ill fortune, robbery and plundering off my finances.
I renounce the curse of bankruptcy in marriage or partnerships.
I loose my finances from all bankruptcy.
I renounce the curse of losing my home through bankruptcy and poverty under this witchcraft curse.
I destroy the curse of moving two steps forwards and three steps back.
I accept that according to (Prov. 10:22,3; John 2)
“The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and He adds no sorrow to it”.
I destroy the curse of the poor box of Freemasonry and destroy the power of this spirit in the Name of Jesus Christ.
I destroy the curse of feeding and giving to people under witchcraft, manipulation, and I pull down all manipulation towards ungodly giving of my assets and blessings.
I renounce the covenant ring of Freemasonry, and break its power off my finances and financial interchanges and dealings.
Nervous Disorders
I renounce the Shriner’s ceremonial ritual and oath of standing on a board in bare feet and having electric shocks transmitted through the body. (This likened to the “hot sand of the desert”).
I break and destroy every curse of shock to the nervous system; and renounce all manner of evil invoked upon the nervous system.
I renounce any ungodly drawing to electric shock treatment, and death by electric shock.
I renounce all potential for occult curses to touch my household through sexual abuse, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, spinal cancer, Parkinson’s disease, violent rape, betrayal in marriage, sudden loss or death, allergies, loss of body organs through surgery.
I renounce any shock or grief lodged in the nervous system through the sudden death and illness of a loved one, major loss and any other cause.
I declare that continual shocks of all sorts are broken totally off my life and my family.
I break and destroy the Masonic curse of death off the spinal cord and nervous system. I declare that the blood of the Lamb is over my life, spinal cord and nervous system.
I declare all Masonic loosening of “my silver cord” is null and void in the Name of Jesus Christ.
I renounce “a flaming up” of my nerves or any similar curse such as “You’ve got a flaming nerve.”
Fear and Anxiety
I renounce all fear lodged in the nervous system and pull down the works of Fear and loose my nervous system into the power, love and soundness of God.
I loose myself from all specific fears of incidents, such as occult fear, blows to the head, death, accident, rape, loss, etc. (May have entered through accidents, shock or been inherited).
I declare every negative thing lodged in my nervous system will be dislodged, and loose myself from the fear filled, shock filled, violent temple of Freemasonry.
I declare my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and I loose myself from every known or unknown disorder and disease resulting from a Freemasonry curse.
I plead the Blood of Jesus Christ over every access point that is now closed.
Brotherhood and Abandonment
I renounce the ungodly, antichrist “brotherhood” of Freemasonry and all that it produces.
I destroy the curse of Abandonment off my marriage, children and loose myself from it.
I destroy all verbal and emotional abandonment from my life and within my marriage and I renounce this pattern, and all expectation of it.
I renounce abandonment at important times and events due to the lodge being first priority. (Forgive your father for abandoning you at important times, (name them).
FOR FATHERS ONLY
I renounce the absentee father syndrome and declare that I will father my children, emotionally and spiritually – I take accountability, before God, for any insecurity, identity problems, rebellion and rejection in my children.
I pull up the iniquity of abandonment by its roots and stand on God’s promise.
“He shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children and hearts of the children to the fathers”. (Mal 4:6)
“He is our peace who had made both one and broken down the middle wall of partition between us. (Eph 2:14)
WITHDRAWAL
I destroy the curse of Freemasonry – “that I will withdraw myself from anybody that does not walk after the traditions of Freemasonry”.

WHY MASONRY IS UN-CHRISTIAN
A Brief Historical of Masonry
While masons claim their organization goes back to the pyramid builders of Egypt and Solomon's temple builders, from what we know the first Masonic Grand Lodge was formed in London in 1717.
Masons then and today: Did you know that the Boston Tea party was organized at the Boston Masonic Lodge? Of the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence, 8 or 9 were masons. While masonry in the United States has declined to about 4 million men, they keep hold of influential positions. In 1991, there were 18 mason senators and 60 masons in the house.
Against masonry were many Christian preachers, including John Wesley, Alexander Campbell, and Charles Finney. D.L. Moody warned Christian men against wanting to make secret oaths being yoked with nonbelievers. R.A. Torrey spoke against the evil of masons on juries protecting guilty masons. In 1974-1975, there was a problem rooting out corruption in Scotland Yard. There was a scandal because the masons in the force refused to cooperate in the investigation of fellow officers if the officers were also masons.
Masonic organizations include DeMolay for boys, Rainbow Girls, Eastern Star for girls, Job's Daughters for women, Shriners and the Blue Lodge for men, and either the Scottish Rite or York Rite for men after the Blue Lodge.
Masonry and Religion
All should agree that masonry is religious. If a mason is in doubt, I suppose he could ask his Worshipful master in the Masonic temple, after their prayer addressing the Great Architect of the Universe, whose celestial lodge they hope to join after death.
But, someone might reply, the YMCA and Salvation Army are also religious, so being religious is not necessarily bad. Thus the issue is not how religious masonry is, but does it ask people to believe and do things contrary to God's word.
Five Things Wrong with Masonry
Here are the five reasons Christians should not "bow the knee to Baal" as a mason. You can remember these with the Masonic (and occultic symbol) the pentagram.
Another god
The god of masonry is called "G.A.O.T.U." or the Great Architect of the universe. One problem is that he is a "generic god", because masonry teaches people that all major religions worship the same God. Thus the god of Islam, who wants them to fight and war against non-Muslims, and the idols of the Hindus are the same as the God of the Bible. A related problem is that the God of the Bible is associated with Baal, Egyptian and Babylonian idols, and other pagan gods.
In the Bible, God is loving, but God is also a jealous God (Nahum 1:2). He will not give His glory to another, or his praised to graven images in Isa 42:8. See also Isa 45:5, 24. Masons seem to forget that Elijah showed that God did not tolerate mixing Baal worship with the worship of the true God.
Other Scriptures
On one hand they hold the Muslim Quran and the Hindu Rig-Veda as having equal standing with the Bible. On the other hand, they see masonry as containing the good of other religions, and for some masons superseding the "superstitions" of Christianity and other religions.
The Bible presents itself as God's word. It is not just "suggestions for life", but we must take its authority in our lives as seriously as our Lord & Biblical writers meant. Different Salvation
There are two problems here: Jesus blood is just an option, and all go to Heaven. Masonry teaches that purity of life and conduct is involved to be admitted to the "Celestial Lodge" above.
The Bible says that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (Tt 2:13-14; Heb 2:9; 1 Tim 2:4-6; 4:10; Acts 4:12; Jn 1:29; 3:17; 8:24; 10:7-8,14-16; 14:6; 6:45; Gal 1:6-9; 1 Jn 2:2; 3:8) When Jesus was in the Garden of Gethsemane, He asked if there was any ways this cup could pass from Him, and there was not (Mt 26:37-39). Paul said if anyone preaches a different gospel, let them be accursed in Gal 1:8.
Secret and Bloody Oaths
Masons must swear a number of secret oaths. In addition, many of the oaths members have sworn include consenting to have their throats cut, if they break their oath and reveal the secrets.
The Bible teaches we are not to have anything to do with deeds of darkness but expose them (Eph 5:11). Do not take oaths (Jms 5:12; Mt 5:34-37). If you take an oath promising to sin, confess your oath and break it, as Lev 5:4-8 shows. See also what Jesus said in Mt 10:26-27 and Jn 18:20.
Spiritual Bondage
You are considered in spiritual darkness until you join masonry. When a mason kneels before his lodge leader, his worshipful master, that is a clue that there is something spiritual being presented here.
Christians are children of the light (Eph 5:8; Php 2:15-16; 1 Jn 2:9-10) not masons. Christ saves us completely (Heb 7:25).
The Answer - Jesus is the Only Way
So do not follow a generic god, or believe that Christ dying for our sins was optional, but believe in the personal God of the Bible, and in the saving blood of Jesus. Repent of trusting in your works for salvation; realize that the lodge provides no aprons or anything else that will help you get to Heaven. It is only the blood of Christ that can get you to Heaven; I am not saying trust in Christ among other things, but trust in Christ alone for your salvation.
If you have sworn secret oaths, oaths that you did not know the content of before you promised them, Leviticus 5:4-6 shows that promises made against your loyalty to God should be repented of, not fulfilled. When you need to choose between your loyalty and promises to masonry, or your loyalty to God, then choose this day whom you will serve.

Regarding the Participation of Christians in Freemasonry

Whereas, Freemasonry declares that its Deity, the "Great Architect of the Universe," can be worshipped by all men, whether they be Buddhists, Christians, Muslims, or Hindus, without controversy, while the Bible teaches that only through Jesus Christ can God be worshiped (John 14:6; 1 Timothy 2:5; 1 John 2:22,23); and
Whereas, Freemasonry refuses to acknowledge the unique Godhood of Jesus Christ or that He died for our sins and rose from the dead, while the Bible teaches that Jesus Christ is truly God Almighty come in the flesh, who died for our sins and rose again (John 1:1-14; Colossians 1:15; 2:9; 1 Corinthians 15:4); and
Whereas, Freemasonry denies the unique and inerrant character of the Holy Bible as the Word of God by saying that it is no better or worse than any other holy book, while the Bible teaches of itself that it is truly the inspired Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16; Matthew 5:18; 1 Peter 1:25; Psalm 119:89; 12:6,7; 19:7,8); and
Whereas, Freemasonry declares that man can be saved by his own labors without faith in Jesus' sacrifice on the cross, while the Bible teaches that a person can be saved only by grace, through faith in Christ (Romans 10:9,10; Ephesians 2:8,9); and
Whereas, Freemasonry blasphemes the name of God by associating it with pagan fertility gods such as Baal, while the Bible affirms the absolute holiness, separateness, and majesty of God's name (Exodus 20:2-7; Deuteronomy 6:4,5; Psalm 8:1; 29:2); and
Whereas, Freemasonry refuses to warn its members about the dangers of an everlasting hell, while the Bible is insistent and urgent in its warnings concerning the dangers of damnation (Matthew 13:49,50; 25:31-46; 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9); and
Whereas, Freemasonry requires that men swear oaths on a Bible in the name of God involving mutilation and murder of human beings, while the New Testament forbids the taking of oaths (Matthew 5:34-37; James 5:12) and the Bible forbids taking God's name in vain and committing murder (Exodus 20:7,13); and
Whereas, Freemasonry links its members in solemn, spiritual bondage to one another, irrespective of members' creeds, while the Bible forbids Christians from being unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14-17; Revelation 18:1-4); and
Whereas, Freemasonry forbids a Christian Mason from witnessing Jesus Christ to his fellow lodge members who are unsaved, while Jesus Himself commands His church to preach the gospel to everyone (Matthew 28:19; Mark 16:15); and
Whereas, Freemasonry aims at the improvement of the natural man only (1 Corinthians 2:14; Colossians 2:8), thus incorrectly channeling by bad interpretation vital spiritual terms (2 Peter 3:16); and
Whereas, Freemasonry insists on keeping its supposedly valuable truths bound under the most serious of secret oaths and available only to a very few; while the Bible does not allow for such secrecy (Matthew 10:26,27; John 18:20; Acts 26:26); and
Whereas, Freemasonry demands that its members call its leaders titles like "Worshipful Master," and kneel before them while the Bible commands us to call no one master save Jesus (Matthew 6:14; 23:8-10) and to worship none save God (Matthew 4:10; Acts 10:25,26; Revelation 22:8,9); and
Whereas, Freemasonry absorbs the loyalties (Luke 9:62), time (Ephesians 5:16), and emotional and spiritual resources and finances of Christian Masons away from the God-ordained tasks of the church, such as overseas missions, evangelism, and taking care of the poor to the glory of Jesus' name (Matthew 6:1-3; 28:19,20; Luke 6:38; James 1:27);
Therefore, we, as humble servants of Jesus Christ and ministers of His gospel, call upon all pastors and Christian leaders of all denominations to take a firm stand in their preaching against the cult of Freemasonry — a rival religion to Christianity which has too long been winked at, tolerated, or even praised by Christian churches. "How long halt ye between two opinions? If the LORD be God, follow him; but if Baal, then follow him…." —1 Kings 18:21a (KJV).

Masonry Notes
Masonry is a quite, semi-secret organization that has had more of an impact on our country than people realize. The Boston Tea Party was planned at a Masonic lodge. When the British responded, Masons who patriotically banded together to fight them included Paul Revere, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, Benedict Arnold, Samual Adam, John Hancock, and Joseph Warren. Andrew Johnson was a mason. In 1991, not only were Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, and 14 other presidents masons, but 18 out of 100 senators (including Jesse Helms), 60 men in the house, and 41 men on the federal Judiciary Committee were masons. The buildings in Washington D.C. were laid out in masonic symbols, and many of the buildings have masonic inscriptions. The dollar bill even has the masonic symbol of the all-seeing eye on the back.
Masons then and today: Masonry used to be a powerful force in Great Britain and America that many historians have ignored. For example, the Encyclopedia Britannica (1956) has nothing whatsoever about it. Also, did you know that the Boston Tea party was organized at the Boston Masonic Lodge? Prominent masons included John Hancock, Samuel Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Benedict Arnold, Paul Revere, and even "George Washington". Of the 56 signatories of the Declaration of Independence, 8 or 9 were masons. General LaFayette became a mason after the war, and he apparently was not too serious about it. Later masons include Norman Vincent Peele, and even "Ronald Reagan". However, non-masons might ignore the influence of masonry, some masons can overstate it. George Washington said he had only been to the masonic lodge once or twice in 30 years, called masonry "child's play", and later did not want to be associated with the masons. Ronald Reagan was made a "mason on sight", and did not have to go through the ceremonies. While the number of masons in the United States has declined to about 4 million, they hold influential positions. In 1991, 18 men in the Senate (including Jesse Helms), and 60 men in the house were masons. 16 presidents were masons, including Andrew Jackson, Andrew Johnson, and Gerald Ford.
In 1974-1975, there was a problem rooting out corruption in Scotland Yard. There was a scandal because the masons in the force refused to cooperate in the investigation of fellow officers if the officers were also masons.
Against masonry were many Christian preachers, including John Wesley, D.L. Moody, Alexander Campbell, and Charles Finney. Rev. R.A. Torrey was against masonry because, among other things, he saw that masons on juries protected guilty masons. Others who spoke out against masonry were Chief Justice Charles Marshall, Daniel Webster, Wendall Phillips, John Adams, John Quincy Adams, and James Madison.
Not everyone was enamored with masons however, William Morgan, a former 30-year mason, published on expose in 1827. He was kidnapped and killed. Famous preachers stood up against masonry, including John Wesley, D.L. Moody, Alexander Campbell, Charles Finney, and R.A. Torrey. Other famous people against masonry include Daniel Webster, Wendall Phllips, Charles Sumner, John Adams, John Quincy Adams, and James Madison. Chief Justice Charles Marshall was against masonry. This is understandable, since masonry teaches that if you are on a jury in a trial of a mason, if the mason flashes the "masonic distress call", you are to vote him not guilty.
